Went through the drive thru because last time I ordered on the app, it took 25 minutes for my food. At the drive thru, they said it’d be 10-15 minutes… Over 30 minutes later, I still had no food. A worker stopped to ask if I had ordered something (not my order), and I let him know that I had been waiting 30 minutes. He said they were short staffed. I get it, I would have waited 15 minutes for “fast food.” But 30 minutes was too long, and I was now running late. I let him know he could cancel my order because I couldn’t wait any longer. I love Sonic’s slushies and food, so maybe I’ll try again another time… but it’ll be when I have nothing else to do.

This is my first low review I’ve ever given on Google reviews. A 27 minute wait for a single milkshake with only three other cars there when I arrived. In fact, cars got served that came in after me. If I hadn’t of already paid, I would’ve just left. Whoever the manager is…big fail. Needs fired.

Check my starving daughter there for lunch. Nicest thing to say would be that they were open for business. My 11 year old ate 1 mozzarella stick, 1 chicken strip and took one sip of her soda and said she was sorry for picking sonic. My food, popcorn chicken (mostly breading and tasted reheated) corn dog (good for a corndog) and tater tots, very salty…along with my “coke” (strangest fountain coke I have had) resulted my my daughter apologizing to me for picking Sonic. $20 gone, and 2 hungry people left over. Very disappointed.
