The heart of Sicily has to be the best pizza shop in the Manchester area. When I was in they were busy and maintained it very well, my food was hot and fresh and my pizza had a really good cheese on top of it. You can easily tell that they get the finest of products for the food they make.

I just made an order today for the first time in a couple years and on their menu they have an option for a shrimp basket with fries and they have an option for Shrimp Basket without fries. I ordered the Shrimp Basket without fries but when my order came it was the shrimp basket with a lot of fries and only a few shrimp. I contacted them right away and told them their mistake and that I didn’t touch the food. I asked for another shrimp basket and I’d exchange the one they gave me which is untouched they said no. I asked if I may have a refund and I’d give them back the food they said no. I was very polite but they didn’t really care and wouldn’t help me. Even after they refused to help me I was still polite but I will never order from them again and I don’t recommend you order from them either because they don’t care about their customers. At least that’s the impression I was given.
