Our dining experience was simply fantastic! The “Boiled Spicy Fish Fillet” was a delightful combination of tenderness and flavor, not too overwhelming in spice either. As for the “Squirrel Fish,” it had a touch more sweetness than I prefer, but it was still really good. The portion sizes were incredibly generous – two of us couldn’t even conquer half of each dish. All in all, a definite must-try!

Went to the restaurant on a Saturday night. Pretty full. A little wait time, 10 -15 mins. Ordered a few dishes, pics below. All were tasty. The smoked duck w/ tea flavor dish was crispy and full of flavors. It was beyond my expectations. The prices were reasonable. Overall, one of the best Sichuan restaurants in the area in my view.

A very authentic Sichuan cuisine on the Eastside. One of the very few Chinese restaurants that I visit back again and again. Nice and clean environment, tasty food and welcoming staff.

Really good food, lunch specials are awesome. Super affordable. Got lucky with parking in a busy lot.

It saddens me to write this review. The food here used to be incredible, but is now just below average. The “vine pepper fish soup” (supposed to be light green) is now just a big bowl thick reddish oil. The rice had a nasty dark chunk of something in it. When we voiced our concerns to the waiter he looked annoyed and insisted the soup is the same it’s always been, and begrudgingly replaced the dirty rice.

Pretty good in terms of flavor and spice level. This place does not skimp on the sichuan peppercorn which is great. Knocked off one star due to the Lazi chicken being tiny pieces of barely any meat. Felt like it was more fried cornstarch than it was fried chicken, and it was really greasy too.

The beef noodle soup is great…. spicy but not too spicy, just perfect We also had some other dishes, but too salty for my taste.

Ordered maoxuewang, green beans, squirrel fish, stir fried squid, and onion pancake. Most dishes hit the spot just right. A few minor complaints: stir fried squid was too salty (but flavor and texture was perfect). Green onion pancake had no taste. Best dish was squirrel fish.

Definitely one of the best Sichuan places I’ve been to. food is consistent and good. Little one gets the pork and red bean while the adults and the older kid rotate through the menu.

My wife & I both love Szechuan cuisine and are very loyal customers to a Szechuan restaurant in the same area where we’ve been going for years. Today, we came here for the first time and we’re confused if we’d want to go to that other restaurant or not because that’s how much we loved the food here. The portions are big and the food is delicious and it cannot be any better. The service is amazing and our server was very polite and courteous. We ordered Herbal tea considering it is hot but it turned out to be cold tea cans. When she (our server) got to know about it, she asked us to try it for free (nice gesture on ber part) and it was very tasty. Overall, this is one of the best Szechuan restaurants we’ve ever been to. My only suggestion to them is to add Hot Tea (Jasmine or Oolong) to the menu. We’ll be back soon!
