Lived in the area 3 years before I ever tried Great Wall, regretted waiting so long. Best pork egg fo young n chicken chow mein in Berkshire county amongst other dishes. Incredibly impressed, food is always fresh and have not had a bad meal yet. Prices are also very reasonable. Don’t let the outside fool you.

My family has been coming here for 30 years and we have never been disappointed. The food is great and the staff is always pleasant. I can’t believe the poor reviews some people are giving. They must be expecting something other than traditional Chinese takeout. If you want Great food, try the Great Wall. Our favorites are the pork fried rice, chicken fingers and chicken chow mein.

Food was near flavorless the first time I ordered from here but I gave it a second chance just to see if they were having an off day. I can tell you the bad quality is quite consistent and they tend to leave out key items in your dish… Like the noodles. Also becoming quite overpriced compared to other local Asian cuisines of higher quality. No reason to not go about a mile down the road and find better quality.

Have been going to this place for 15 years and witnessed the decline, besides the either completely untrained staff at the phone or the incredibly rude owner, tonight was over the line, food appears to be microwaved, why is my mushu brown and soggy? beef and broccoli has way too many carrots, overpowering the dish which was already low on meat, enough is enough, I want the last 15 years of Chinese food back.

I am surprised by the negative comments here — we have NEVER had a bad experience with the food or the people who work there. Our children are adults now and we have been going ther since they were very young. I have certainly witnessed some pretty rude customers though.

This place is absolutely terrible, 0/5 if possible. I ordered a meal for my family and they said 10-15 minutes… understandable. 30 minutes later, the rude old guy gave an attitude and said they are still working on it. Hard pass. I would never come back here. Save yourself the trip unless you have all day to wait for your meal. I’ve never given a 1/5 to any restaurant, but this place deserves it.

Pleasantly pleased!! Born and raised in NYC, my home town was China town. Everything in the Great Wall is fresh and delicious! Being vegan is hard to find fresh anything.
