Best to eat inside to ensure you’re not getting less food. We waited 42 minutes for our food inside, but it was delicious! There is only one restroom per gender, so if you wish to wash your hands before you eat like most people, be prepared to wait in a lengthy line not only for your food, but for the restroom too.

If you’re looking for some delicious chicken tenders, Raising Cane’s is the place to be. The chicken is crispy and juicy, and the Texas toast is nice and buttery. The cane sauce is a great mix of tangy and spicy, and the homemade lemonade is extremely refreshing. This location was pretty busy on opening day, but the service was fast and friendly. The building is brand new and conveniently located near the Mall of Georgia.

The food was underwhelming. While the chicken was hot a crispy it had no flavor. If you didn’t like the sauce then you are out of luck if you wanted food with any kind of taste but it was terrible, I’d give it a 3.5 and you have a pay for a refill of lemonade.. The restaurant itself was concerning. They had just open for maybe an hour and the whole place was dirty. No staff was tending to the dining area, drink area, or the restrooms (there are only two total) which for the volume of customers was odd. The men’s restroom has no soap and both were not cleanly.

Not bad, chicken was good texture though a tad overcooked and unseasoned. It really does need the sauce to be good. Fried were well seasoned though a tad soggy. Bread was good, but the coleslaw was very warm.

One thing to know is the food is not seasoned at all. It’s just lightly salted. The chicken was very hot and fresh and crispy. The sauce made up for the lack of seasoning however, I feel like there could have been more sauce as I ran out before I got to the third tender. Also, as you can see, they did not put my coleslaw in here which was very disappointing because I was looking forward to seeing how it would taste. Also, the drink I got did not have enough syrup. It was like drinking carbonated water. I had already left and was in traffic so I wasn’t able to turn around to get another drink and my coleslaw so that was disappointing. The toast looked weird, but it actually tasted pretty good. I probably wouldn’t come back just because there are better options like Chick-fil-A or Zaxby’s that have more flavor and better pricing. I believe my three-piece tender meal was $8.99 my brother got a box and it was almost $12.

This was my first time ever trying Raising Cane’s, and it will be my absolute last. The service here was absolutely horrendous and slow.

I was finally able to order from this location as yesterday was their Grand Opening. I was super excited to purchase lunch for my family. The parking lot was so full it overflowed into the Arby’s parking lot. The DJ was playing music outside and the line was to the door. Fortunately, the cashiers and safe were pumping chicken out because this line was MOVING. You would think that with such a crazy day it would sacrifice the quality of the food but NO, by the time I got back home this food was just as good as I remember. I will definitely becoming back as it right down the street from my house. I love Cane’s.

This location has just opened so expect a longer wait and line! Overall I waited about 35 mins in the drive thru. Chicken is okay but the fries could use a little bit more color/crunch!

Not sure what all the hype is about, long slow lines. The chicken does taste tender and fresh but no flavor , you’ll definitely need the Cane’s sauce. My fries were too salty and it’s way over priced. So busy and packed you literally have to stalk people to get a seat soon as they get up lol

UPDATE: Third visit since opening day and this was a better experience but still had flaws. The canes sauce was much tastier than my last visit but it wasn’t filled. The honey mustard wasnt great it’s unlike any honey mustard I’ve tasted. The lemonade was good very different and not overly sweet. All in all your experience just depends on what crew is working.
