ordered an extra large pizza for delivery which totaled $56 with a tip, and not only did it show up over an hour past the “estimated delivery time” from their website, but it was cold! as if it’s been sitting out the entire time. When I called to see if the order was placed correctly or if something was wrong, they LIED and assured me the order has already left (I could hear her yelling at the employees to get the order out).

Pizza was pretty quick for how busy they were. Bathrooms and restaurant are clean, staff was friendly. Little crowded and the salad bar was missing a lot. Overall though we had a good lunch and were stuffed! We will be returning to this location.

Got a personal pizza and six garlic twists. All of it was very, very dry. Hardly any sauce and cheese on the pizza and the twists we over cooked. Tasted hallow, barely and garlic filling inside and the bread was hard. Will NEVER go to this location again. Waste of money.

my cousin told me not to order from there as they have new management but i did not listen….my pepperoni pizza was way undercooked as well as the garlic twist. Pizza also way too much sauce and was very greasy. Def will not come back. Instead, i will go to mountain mikes next door or Me and Ed’s.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a large all meat pizza and paid for a large ($41.21) pizza, upon delivery I received a medium pizza. I called the store, without any issue, to see if they can credit me the balance so I can at least get some of my money back for the purchase. The girl stated that she will credit me with a large pizza as originally ordered and I can pick it up whenever I would like to. Two days later, I called the same Roundtable Pizza in order to redeem my pizza. I was notified that I can come pick up my pizza in approximately 10-15 minutes today (4/11/2023) and was read back my order confirming that I had the large all meat pizza from Saturday confirming RoundTable had knowledge of what happened.

Worst I’ve ever seen. I’m 46. Ordered many pizzas. Talked to lady about delivery. Katelyn. 3 times made sure ranch. Crushed peppers b delivered. Door dash brings. They come with nothing. Call bk. They offer free twists for pick up. I had delivery for a reason. I asked to make remarks on account for next time. She basically said she couldn’t do that. Thanks an hung up on me!!! They r so pathetic! Pay drivers $ so they will work for u!!!!! Also pizza not all the way cooked. Tasted like garbage!!
