So the only thing I have ever gotten @ DD is a Hot or Ice coffee..well I just saw on my Bank statement that I have been charged twice now$9.17 for a freaking Medium ice coffee from them. From now on you better give me a receipt, with my order on it!!!

I tried to order a pecan vanilla iced latte (which is on the menu). They were confused, so i just ordered an iced latte with vanilla and butter pecan flavor. What they handed me out the window looked like an ice coffee with flavor (no cream). A latte by definition has milk!! I just drove away with disappointment because they never get it right here. There is no consistency at this location. The coffee recipes change from day to day. They really need to give the employees here better barista training.

They are super fast, consistent on flavor, friendly, and will often address me by my name when I walk in. It’s always a little brighter morning when I start my day here.

Although the coffee didn’t taste terrible, the accuracy was lacking. I’ve ordered coffee from here a handful of times, and each time the order is wrong, despite my specific requests. I went today and had to use the kiosk to order (they had workers, but I guess they just wanted customers to use the kiosk). I ordered an iced turtle latte, paid, and then waited for my order. The workers then informed me they couldn’t make that drink :|. They ended up making me a different drink, but it was still disappointing. The workers are friendly, and the location is fine, but I would go elsewhere for accuracy.

Went through the drive through this morning and placed a simple order of an apple fritter and some bacon. I know that sometimes people have seen apple fritters but don’t know what they are called (they’re the funny looking, lumpy brown donuts), so when I ordered, I described the donut I wanted and the guy assured me that they had some. When I pulled up to the window, I checked the bag and saw that they had given me a apple jelly-filled donut. This mistake has happened to me before, so I politely informed the young lady at the window that this was not the donut that I was looking for, and I described it to her again. She stepped away and another guy came to the window and told me that what they had given me was “all they had for apple donuts”. I tried explaining what I was looking for again, because we were clearly having a miscommunication and I really wanted to know the “correct” name for what I was asking for in case I was mistaken. They tried to offer me a different donut, and when I inquired about the price difference, the guy walked away. I guess the decision was made for me, because some random man came to the window and instead of a replacement donut, I had a random amount of change shoved into my hand (I can’t verify if its the correct amount because I wasn’t given a receipt) and then I was shooed away–no literally, he made the ‘shoo’ motions with his hands.

We went to use the restrooms and get donuts. The staff told us the lights did not did not work. We had use our phone flash light before they finally turned the lights on, which actually did work. I ran out of toilet paper. We did not get donuts to go after that happened.

The staff is nice and work quickly. The extra additives add $0.10 for every one you add, though. So if you have 12 extra Caramel Swirls you’re out $1.20.

The lady at the drive thru gave me attitude about my order, refused to fix my order because they “already made the drinks and didn’t want to make new ones” and they were too lazy to even put cream cheese on both sides of my bagel and gave us all ice and no coffee in the drinks that they messed up in the first place.
