We decided on takeout here while staying in Laconia with our pupparoni. This location is a T-Bones and Cactus Jacks on one, so you can choose from either menu. The deck is great, but not sure if it’s pet friendly.

Nothing spectacular. The menu has different options than what the rest of town has which makes it stand out. Service for a Saturday could be better, our food came out and the only thing hot was the kids tenders and fries, you could tell the adult meals had been sitting. We didn’t see much of our server, and for some reason you only get about a half handful of chips with way too much dip when you order the chips and guac.

Been going to Cactus Jack’s for years now. Love their food. However, they use to have the best onion rings I have ever had. To our surprise today we found out they are no longer serving those awesome onion rings. Instead, they served giant frozen onion rings that had been fried twice with absolutely no taste or flavor. I get it, in today’s world people are trying to cut back on cost but I would rather pay a little more for quality. Shame on you who ever made the choice to change the onion rings for cheaper higher profits over quality onion rings. By the way my server was awesome today.

Great place to stop in! Especially late night when a lot of other places are closed. Try the wings and just about anything on happy hour! 4 to 6 and 8-12 is a phenomenal happy hour. Cool regulars and great staff.

Slowest, most uninformed waitress on the planet.Served drinks no straws, served app with no utensils, then returned to the kitchen 4 times for forgotten condiments. The drinks were ordered topshelf, and neither came with a garnish or napkin, and were weaker than circus lemonade. Hope the rest of our vacation is better than this start…..smh.

I used to come here all the time, and had grown tired of the poor service. This was my first time coming back in 3 years, and it was the same terrible service that I remember. The bartender served, cleared, and re-sat multiple parties at the bar before we even got a refill on our drinks. When we tried to flag down the bartender to order food, we got nothing but attitude and our drinks slammed down on the bar. This place is not busy and it’s not hard to see why. Unfortunately cannot recommend this place, even though the food is delicious, purely because of the service.
