Servers were pleasant. Ordered burgers, fries and a shake. The burgers and shake were good. The fries were overcooked and not the best quality of frozen fries. We might have been willing to give it another try at breakfast, but the single bathroom sealed the deal. It was not clean and the hand soap appeared to have had been watered down. We will not be back.

The food and service were really awesome. Have you ever had grits perfectly salted, buttered, and creamy? I only had to add pepper. This is a nice little diner in a drugstore like they used to have in the 50s-70s. The waitress was so sweet. The coffee is Community Coffee, so you know it’s good. And you can do a little gift or souvenir shopping too. They have some cute things and they’re reasonably priced. Our first time in Alexandria and we planned to hit Cracker Barrel but the reviews were terrible. We went here because the reviews were awesome. Do yourself a favor and eat here. You’ll enjoy it. Oh!!! The pancakes are so light and fluffy!!! My husband got the Kitchen Sink Omelette and said it was awesome. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. He got a side of pancakes and I got a side of grits. Everything was really good.

Stopped by for breakfast and no regrets. Flavors were fine, prices very fair. I like the vibe of this place. Building includes store. I did walk past front door unknowingly at first. Downtown is pretty easy to navigate and free parking plentiful. Downtown area had some pleasant surprises.

Me and my wife ate lunch here today. They have the best homemade burgers in alexandria. We met the cook he was super nice. Our waitress was great she has been working there for a long time and very sweet. If you like diner style food this is the place for! We’re gonna try to go back one day to try the breakfast I can’t wait!

The unsud3 was very welcoming and very polite. When I entered they immeditly came for service and got me seated and took my order. They was a little slow when it came to delivering my drink, but its fine for what an amazing burger I had. Only one small complaint is that the fries needs more salt, which they provided.
