I am a regular at this Chipotle and I have yet to receive anything but exceptional customer service and kind employees! No matter the location, they all have great customer service and friendly staff…The food is delicious! I love it. I usually order a bowl, black beans, no rice, steak fajitas, veggies, red sauce, shredded cheese, and guacamole. I just love it. The chicken fajita is really good also. This is by far a healthier option when eating out during lunch as opposed to eating fast food. For almost the same price. And also their drinks are pretty decent. I usually get the watermelon lime. I member bowl just to full I ask what happen. They were we been missing inventory. Hows that my fault? Then they put half of spoon of chicken i was I thought it was one spoon. They put another half. At the end i go charger for double pastor. My bill was like $22 dollars. Look prices going up I understand but you food is going down the hill. They wan to take care inventory make sure they dont burn anything and cook the right amount in the end of the night but dont do it with my money by putting less charging more

I ordered a bowl for pick up. The first thing I see when I enter the location is a handful of teenagers playing around the food area which was completely gross with cockroaches walking by the food bar where the food stays warm. I even thought something happened and they were out of service. I was wrong it was a typical day in the office for those kids. I got my bowl and please just look at what I got. Horrible quality and completely grossed out by the flashback of the cockroach walking by the food.

I ordered my meal online. Email confirmation shows my order correct. Food received was NOT food ordered. Called the location…automation said to use the “chat with pepper” feature sent in order confirmation email. Used the link, option pertaining to online feedback is grayed out…tried to use the order in store option…the only functioning option…this didn’t allow me to process my complaint.

Good food, nice staff except one seemed to not be listening and speaking low while i was ordering. Counters for eating pretty dirty. had to wipe them down myself. overall pretty decent. need to drop prices imo. $33 for three bowls is damn ridiculous

You have to be pretty awful to get 2 stars. I came here for supper and will not return. The place was empty and instead of cleaning or restocking the staff was just standing around… and the place was dirty and in need of restock. I tried to order a quesadilla and they refused to make it saying I would have to order that online. Like seriously? So I ordered a bowl and the person making it kept saying they were “out” of stuff which wasn’t true she just didn’t seem to want to scrape the container or go get a restock. No vegetarian protein, no black beans, no brown rice, no corn salsa, no fajita vegetables, no tomato salsa. Again… seriously??

used to be good during night time but is starting to go downhill, on May 4th i placed a online order and they never did my order and instead they said they ran out of food and couldn’t make it anymore. They promised me a full refund and i haven’t gotten it yet. I was pretty upset about it and if you want better service at this location then go in before 9pm as they tend to close. Please give me back my refund for a order i never received.

Ordered a steak bowl with fajita veggies, cheese, lettuce, fresh tomato salsa(on the side), tomatillo-green chili sauce(on the side), and sour cream(on the side). This was for our 10th wedding anniversary. Hubby went back after picking it up when I realized they didn’t put ANY of the sauces I ordered. And THEN WHEN HE GOT BACK A SECOND TIME- they STILL got the order wrong and didn’t included the fajita veggies. I’ve never had chipotle before, thought it would be good to try for our tenth wedding anniversary, and it was such a let down 🙁
