Orders are hardly ever correct especially thru the drive thru. Doors are generally also locked so I can’t just walk in and get my order fixed I have to go thru drive thru again and that’s a other long wait to just get something small fixed, especially after you pay for extra item(s).

Nothing has been in stock the last few times I’ve ordered. I gave them the benefit of Covid but this time I saw all the staff sitting in the dining area talking and it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the drive through to complete my order. After being told they didn’t have anything in stock again I completed my order and couldn’t get the total for my order. I got to the window and asked for my total again and got a “do you want sauce or no?” I tasted my sweet tea and it was bad so I asked for another drink and the manager said “well you can pay for another one if you drank out of that” I told them again that the tea had gone bad and I had just had a sip, after arguing for 5 minutes I got a mt dew. I think this Taco Bell needs new staffing if they can’t get anything in stock and the staff wants to be rude. It’s not my fault your tea has soured

All around bad experience that started with a slow line, then they charged me extra for two Chipotle melts. When I went to the windo they were playing around and the lady seen I had the wrong food in my bag. The food tasted okay, then after a few hours I had food poisoning, it was very terrible and made me feel like I had the flu all night, not going to go into details. I’m also pregnant it left me dehydrated and super weak and nauseous today. This isn’t the first time I had gotten sick off this food but it’s been such a long time but sadly something is still making us sick here. Need the BBB.

I ordered a # 8 from the drive through, it was the taco Supreme meal. One of the young ladies did have my order correct. I had all plain tacos. But another young lady corrected my order with a smile and told me to have a nice day.

supposed to be open until 12 and open at 9 but nobody is ever there . their phone number dont work so they cant hear complaints or anything . i try ordering online , takes my money off my card then they’re closed at the window and the doors . if you ask me they are lazy and dirty and dont know how to do their job for 3 hours . they’re pathetic . would not recommend going there and the customer service is a mess . cant even call their higher up boss . they’re ridiculous
