We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Don’t go at night, the people that work night shift hide from customers and if you’re persistent they just yell at you through the speaker that they are closed when its a 24 hour spot. Pure laziness on night shifts. The day shift however is great, the foreigners that I assume run/own the place are extremely pleasant people.

Checkers is a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes the workers are friendly and accommodating, while other times they seem to be hiding from customers. It’s frustrating to sit at the drive-through and not get any response. I’ve even been told to come back later because they’re counting the drawer. That’s not exactly great customer service. However, when I do manage to place an order, the food is always hot and fresh. So, if you’re willing to take the gamble and see if they’re open for business, you’ll be rewarded with tasty eats.

They have the worst attitudes ever. They won’t greet you, then when you say thank you, half of the time they won’t even say you’re welcome. Everytime you turn around they’re into it with someone. They don’t know how to treat their customers at all

First thing first they are some of the unprofessional people’s I have ever seen they don’t wash they hands before fixing your food the cashier was standing right in front of me striching her butt and took the food to the window and gave it to the young lady that was waiting on her food. I told her to cancel my order roaches clawing up the wall and mold everywhere if the united States going to give these people’s loans to operate they need to make them go through the property classes to sanitize and clean properly because they are nasty.

I love the fries here, best in Fast Food… If I’m paying money for an XL, I expect it to be full, these look more like large …. They only had three items to choose from and haven’t had fountain drinks for weeks now… Not sure what’s going on but they need to get it together.
