Couldnt deliver my pizzas and they screwed up my 4 pizza order and refused to do anything about it it. Just got a shotty n snarky remark. Just lost a loyal customer! BTW, stop wearing ur pajamas to work, it looks very unprofessional.

Were super busy when we ordered. Had to wait an extra 20 mins but the employees were working so hard to catch up. It would be nice if instead of waiting in the store or outside for your food, if they had you wait in your car so the employees dont have people waiting and watching them while theyre trying to catch up. Taco pizza was fresh and delish, and the cheese pizza was great too.

Two weeks order parmesan wings and they gave Buffalo wings we ate then . So a week later we order Parmesan wing and told them about the mistake last week. They got this order right . So today we ordered again Parmesan wings they got it wrong so we called and they came back with a box . We thought we got Parmesan wings all we got was a box of Parmesan and garlic. Talk about stupidity. We order a lot from them and this is how you treat good customer . I will make you a promise I will nerve ever buy anything from you again . Todays bill was 90 dollars. That they will never see again .

I highly recommend this pizza place. I’ve been eating here like twice a week. Check their hours. I prefer this place to the Elyria location. That $6 cookie is $6 but it’s worth it, haha. I get heartburn sometimes but I don’t care. This place is up there with Selenti’s and Sambino’s.
