We have faithfully gone to this location every Saturday and during after school pick up as long as we are not traveling. We travel to practice on Saturdays so this quick stop is a must, today our experience made it the last time we will support this location. 2 weeks ago we they forgot to give my son his orange juicex2 so I called and asked the manager at the time to note it so we can get on another visit. Today I remembered to ask for it and Jessica the sweetest cashier asked her manager whom stated there’s nothing in the office. Ari (manager) did not ask Jessica for my information to look nor did she show good customer service. As a manager myself it is ok to go above and beyond because has she truly looked or came to window to address that she “didn’t find” the note this would have been a 5 star for going above and beyond. I hope that the manager that did take my name finds the note and shows Ari where to look or to please truly look next time for the next. I hope they all have an amazing day and that Ari learns that it’s ok to fully do due diligence. It’s not about it just being 2 orange juice it’s just a point.

I always stop by this location weekly for a coffee and a wrap and no issues until yesterday morning while I ordered breakfast using the the drive thru and I was charged $10.61 for just one coffee and a wrap that normally is like $5 and some change. When I was picking the order, the cashier asked me if I ordered 2 wraps and I said no only one, so she took few minutes as she knows she did something wrong, so then she gave me my order saying that was ok she just got confused with the people behind me and I trusted her and I left. Later when I checked my account I noticed the charges that didn’t match what I ordered so I went back around 6pm and they don’t have codes to gave me a refund but the cashier took my information, order number, name and phone number and explained to me that the manager will call me tomorrow. I didn’t received any call today and is only like $5 but they should recognize a customer that goes every week as I always order the same thing, French vanilla coffee and a wrap. I will go to other place where they take care of their customers. Very disappointed for this Dunkin Donuts location.

Every time I go here I feel like my order is always wrong. I always after for a bagel with cream cheese and I either get no cream cheese or barely any at all. Very frustrating when I spend money there and have to spend money on cream cheese because I wont get enough.

Came into the store this morning, ordered and forgot my coffee. So as I was waiting on my food, I ordered OnThEGo mobile ordering thinking I was going to get my coffee pretty quick. Waited 20 minutes AFTER getting my food and I had to speak with the manager because the workers were clueless about my order. After another 10 minutes, I went back up to the counter and she said she’ll fix it and asked what I ordered. She got it ALL wrong. Never once did I say sweet foam cream. She even asked me if I wanted cream I said no I specifically said almond milk. This is what I got. I’m so frustrated. Food is cold now. Wow. Just wow.

There was a fly or mosquito in my coffee, and my avocado toast was untoasted bread. However, my food was ready on time and otherwise fine. Seemed to be a chaotic day and we’re all human. I was just disappointed.
