I watched the transformation of this place and was excited on my travels back to Coffeyville to see it open for business. Brydon was my server he’s AWESOME and made me feel like VIP. Seriously i told him I love crispy bacon and exactly how I like the edges. He must of watched the cook from start to finish because it was PERFECTION. Bathrooms clean, stocked and that hot water is hot, just the way I like it. Definitely going back.

Ordered take out from their website. Super easy! Food was done fast and super good! Got country fried steak with mashed potatoes and side salad, bacon cheeseburger and fries, mozzarella sticks, cinnamon bun and a strawberry cheesecake shake. Everything was delicious.

It should be zero stars. My wife and I went in to give it a try. There were 4 orders ahead of us. In the 45 minutes we were there. No one got their order. They only thing we got were our drinks. The waitresses should have been helping the cook who didn’t appear to be moving very fast. We will never go back.

Waited so long for our food 50 mins or more and it wasn’t busy. Burgers were so dry and over cooked and some of it cold. Also nothing came out as ordered or like the menu said. Our waitress was working hard and earned the two stars. I could tell she felt terrible but was very sweet. My guess is the owners/managers people know nothing about the restaurant business, systems/processes for consistency, training and menu building for cost and efficiency. The look was great and the restaurant was clean, but everything else was a disaster. I may try it again just because they comped our meal, I lived in Coffeyville I’d have the heart to coach them and encourage them to come along there’s isn’t enough great local restaurants regularly open.

It’s funny how my last review was removed. One the menu is ridiculous. You have to have a smart phone to use it. 2 the service is just horrible. We waited for ever for our food and it was not even right. Our drinks were never refilled so much husband just set his coffee cup on the corner of the table for the rest of the meal.

The kid with the hickey and toothpick hanging out of his mouth had no clue about anything. The food. The drinks. They want you to use your phone for the menu. Fail. We asked for another waiter. He tried really hard but was clearly not trained. He asked to refill our tea. 10 mins later after taking out half full glasses of tea He tells us they were out of tea and he had to make more. So we had to finish our meals without drinks. Out of Sprite too. Never had to work so hard for a meal that was mediocre at best. Took 45 minutes to get 3 burgers with fries. 60 bucks. Save your time and save your money. The place won’t last.

Food was well over cooked near burnt, I think the grease was burnt and up way to high, had worst taste in mouth near hour after eating. If I had time would go and teach how to do proper temps and how to tell when food done, that way maybe they could do better, they need some training in cooking.

Very Slow Service! No food for over 40 mins and I was a table of one! Place is kinda cold! Music is fine. Menu idea is dumb at least there’s free wifi. Could have eaten somewhere else for faster service!
