Subpar service almost every time. Always understaffed. Don’t order a steak either… It will be overcooked. Great drink specials at times. Good place to take kids though as they have some free games at the table on the little tablet, and they do have a nice kid’s menu.

Just left this place about an hour ago. We were there for over an hour before we got our dinners. We had 4 adults and a child. We finally got our food and it was either cold or greasy, or both. Gave my plate back to the waitress to heat it up, and 15 minutes later…still no food. The other 3 adults start3d to eat theirs, but couldn’t eat much of it because it was room temp and greasy. I requested to see the manager, and 5 minutes later she sent another wait staff in her place. Needless to say…I told him that we were leaving and wouldn’t be paying for anything. He apologized and we left. What kind of manager sends a worker to deal with a.problem. Very unprofessional, very bad service (we left no tip either), and really bad food. Don’t eat there! They need to fire everyone and start over or just shut the doors. Go to O’Charley’s or The Catfish House of you want a good meal and pleasant experience!

When we got there around 5pm they told us their air was out and they were posting a sign on the door that they were closed, but we were welcome to come in and order. Our server, Eric, was awesome and very attentive. Our side salads covered a whole dinner plate, and our entrees were delicious!!!!!

There were 4 tables occupied in the entire restaurant when we arrived just after noon. Our meal arrived about 30 minutes after we ordered and the appetizer still hadn’t been brought. The food was cold and not all that impressive. The only up side about this visit was our waitress was very friendly.

The wait was pretty long and the first plates they brought out were dirty. I felt bad for the waitress because she was trying her best but it seems the management isn’t too keen on taking care of customers. The food was actually pretty good though.

I turned 21 in August of last year. Wife and I came in on a date. We waited 20 minutes while there were 9 tables open. When we got seated I tried to order a beer but I was told I couldn’t get one cause of the red border line around my picture. I’ve been coming here since I turned 21 and have never been turned down.

My meal was brought out 10 minutes before my wife’s undercooked chicken. There were several dirty tables in the restaurant and also dirty glasses all over the bar, there were only about 15 customers. The service was acceptable but a little slow. It was 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon

First time in our life we had to leave restaurant because of service. Was there 1hour 25 minutes and never even got water to drink. The place was not busy at all empty for a Saturday night at 5 pm . They came and took our order really fast but then nothing. There was no food coming out of the kitchen . like no one was back there . we were not the only people that were leaving either.

The A/C wasn’t working well on our visit so it was quite uncomfortable in there. When we asked about it they acted as if it had been like that for a while. Weren’t very apologetic about it. Being hot and trying to eat was not a pleasant experience. The food wasn’t as good as on previous visits.

Horrible service! Employees drinking alcohol and cursing left and right with small children right next to them, is Applebee’s! Been there three times in the past 4yrs and every time the service sucks. Went there today thinking management and or the service had changed, but no still sucks so had to write something this time. I’ll say this is not all of them but there’s some employees that are making the rest of them look bad. Just go across the street to Ocharly’s never had a problem there.
