Good food, the brisket was lean without any fat. Service was really top rate! The atmosphere was very nice, with a cool firefighter wall decor and spacious booths. Options to upgrade your meal with sides were nice. Overall a nice experience!

My family and I had a lovely visit. We took a break in house hunting and popped by here. The clock struck noon and everyone stood up for the national anthem. Food was yummy. The staff were warm and kind. Thank you for a positive experience.

Enjoyed our first visit. Good turkey, brisket, pulled pork and multitude of sauces. Don’t know if there were promotions going on, but we got comp’d desert! Wished they served beer to enjoy with the great BBQ, though.

Excellent BBQ, had 3 meat platter. Friendly employees, managers chatted with us. Would have liked a sit-down experience, like Culver’s where you get a number and staff delivers to your table. Chain restaurant with military decor (vets will love it). Will go again.

First time stopping in today. I’ve been trying all of the BBQ places in the area and seeing how they all compare. Mission does a great job! I love the variety of BBQ sauces at the table to try and the meat was great too! The brisket was wonderful and had a good fat content. The sweet potato mash is seasonal, but was absolutely amazing! Mission is smokey on the inside as any good BBQ joint should be! So you’ll leave smelling like the smoker, but that’s part of the experience if you’re getting good BBQ! Now what sets Mission BBQ apart from other BBQ spots in the area is the service! I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. Always coming by and checking on you, asking if they can get anything else for you, and they even walked around with brisket samples! I kindly declined as I had about a half pound of brisket on my tray when I started at it! Truly the best service I have had in years, which is saying something considering this is a counter service restaurant! If you’re on the fence, definitely give it a shot!

I have had a lot of BBQ in my life. I usually judge a BBQ joint by its brisket. I’ve had some amazing brisket from Texas and other great Kansas City and St Louis BBQ. Unfortunately I can’t say I’d have the brisket from Mission again.

This place deserves 5 stars from the moment I walked in the door I knew the food would be good. It smelled so good and I was welcomed as this was my first time here. Price is average but the food was amazing my boyfriend got the pulled pork sandwich and I got the rib and we both ate the whole plate. Definitely will be back
