I love getting Chipotle and they use to always fill the bowls and tacos full. However recently they have been forgetting to add the toppings I order or my side orders. Then yesterday, I got these tacos which had nothing in them. I order extra sour cream and they didn’t even add that. I’m extremely disappointed and annoyed by these experiences.

My Rice was literally crunchy like over done or underdone there was corn in my bowl and my girlfriend told them no corn and they told us they had no steak because of a minor cook which is not supposed to happen every job I worked in you have to be 18 to use knifes or the grill

Wish I could give them -1 stars. Legit the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every time The employees seem so miserable and rude. Went in today and got two bowls for my family and got hardly any food. Also to add to it my bag was wet and ripping and fell apart in my car. When I was in the store I asked the lady for another bag and she gave me a small chip bag and smiled at me. Also asked for extra fajitas and got almost none. And they were out of lettuce and couldn’t reach the other let us in the back so they asked if the topping lettuce was OK. Honestly I don’t know how people can still come here with these rude workers and horrible customer service.

Good food and good service. We went at 5pm on a Friday night, so it was fairly busy. Dining area wasn’t the cleanest, but I can’t blame the staff, they were hopping and everyone seemed very friendly and helpful, got everyone through quickly.

Bad service. They really should train their employees like Chick-fil-A. These girls act like they are lifting concrete stones when you ask for an extra spoonful of something. The food at this location is not what it used to be. I won’t be going back again.
