Pizza is OK when they get the order right. One time they forgot one of my toppings another time they didn’t make my pizza and then rushed it when I showed up. And the rushed pizza wasn’t well done as requested. I was told they would add a free large three topping pizza to my account. I called to collect on that free pizza and no mention of it in my account. Was never a big fan of Papa John’s pizza but the choices are limited in Dundee so I kept giving this place chances. Not any more. Tiffany’s Pizza or River’s Edge Pizza only for me from here on out.

I just love the pizza. The lady in charge at Dundee is so nice and fun. She always remembers us. Even after they were having trouble with pandemic, not seeing us she remembered. Great place. Wish they would get beer back to have with pizza.

Not as good as the one in Adrian used to be, but the overall quality of Papa John’s is the best among national chains. They put the pepperonis under the cheese sometimes, which is not pleasant. And the cutting and making of the pizza isn’t as neat and pristine as other Papa John’s that I have gone to. But overall, the quality is still good, and the food is usually hot and fresh.

Such terrible customer service. Whatever you order is never ready when they say it is. This has happened multiple times. I’ll get there when they tell me my pizza is ready and I want him them make it and put it in the oven. Again multiple times this has happened and they don’t care. Never going back.

Wow, just a little place with great customer service, friendly employees who care about their customers and the quality of their meal and dinning experience. Our pizza was custom prepared with the toppings just how we wanted it. Light cheese and xtra sauce. Great value and service. Clean and well managed. Thanks for caring about us and feeding us today. They even made sure what was on TV was appropriate for our children.

Pizza has always been delicious, no complaints there. Tonight was a bit different. Missing toppings and also the garlic sauces we ordered. Tonight only set us back $2, however, I have let it slide many times before when the extra sauces were not delivered. We have big orders sometimes with many extra garlic sauces wanted and the cost at .50 a piece adds up. This seems to be a frequent enough mistake that I feel it should be noted. I did call and was told that the next time I order, I will receive a free large pizza and the $2.00 which is fair to me. Like I said, pizzas are always great, this is the first time that they got that wrong. They need to work on getting those extras out to us, as we are paying for them.
