Not the best picture… and I couldn’t decide on which sauce because they’re all amazing. I am always skeptical bbq places but Big O’s was excellent. I got the pulled pork, my husband got the Big O burger, and kids got the classic cheese. Fries were awesome. Peach cobbler was good. Burgers are dropped fresh. And customer service was really inviting. Definitely gives back yard bbq atmosphere which is something midland didn’t have.

The food is great the gentleman that took our order was incredibly friendly, and another gentleman was walking around occasionally checking in and was super friendly, too. We got the Little O Mac and Cheeseburger which was a hand pattied burger with Mac and cheese and bacon, and a side of fries. This was awesome! We also got a Big Mark Sampler Plater to try, unfortunately we got here fairly late so we missed the brisket but everything was amazing. The meats are served without sauce so you can pick your own and I highly recommend O’s as someone who doesn’t like spice or flavors that overpower too much. The swag sauce was really good on the fries – per the worker’s recommendation. We definitely will be back!

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE SEAR!!!! To get that perfect char on the edge of a PERFECTLY seasoned burger….and still leave it juicy juicy…run down your hand juicy, is NOT easy. Its an ART!!! And THIS PLACE KNOWS how to do it well. I’m a fantastic home cook with VERY HIGH expectations and this place delivers an excellent burger. Now…I gave them 5 stars because I REALLY wanna see them succeed AND because there’s no way to give them a 4.9 star. The ONLY tweak this “home chef ” would make is…their brioche bun. A+ for using a brioche bun. A+ for grilling it and getting that perfect buttery crispy grilled edge on it. But at the end of grilling , put a domed lid on it for one min, so that bun can steam slightly and soften up a tad. See…now I’m splitting hairs like Jeffrey Zakarian on Chopped Who do I think I am lol Oh, i al.ost forgot….decent salt and peppered fries come with your burger and it’ll cost you about $2 more than McDonald’s…but be 100 X better and better for you. SO RUN don’t walk

Totally awesome food!!Fries were great, didn’t need a thing on them but dip them in swag sauce for even more flavor. I had the big J–peppers and onions on grilled sausage with swag sauce–soooooo good. He had to have the hot burger, of course. Staff was super nice and helpful. Great place with blues music playing just the right level.

Best BBQ in Michigan. My husband and I usually share a 3 meat plate and a drink for $23. Meat falls off the bone and is tender and juicy. The Swag sauce is our go to choice. We’ve tried numerous menu items and were never disappointed. The owner and employees are welcoming and personable. If you enjoy quality BBQ, this is it!!!

Good place for no frills BBQ. Cheeseburgers were on point, not huge, but cooked right and tasty. Fries were just OK but a good value with the baskets. Pulled pork grilled cheese is a must try. Sauces were basic but good. Collard greens seemed a bit undercooked but still decent. Pound cake dessert also tasty.

It’s delicious. I’m so happy we finally have a legit BBQ place in Midland. I had a 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket and it was excellent. The brisket melts in your mouth and you could really taste the smoke in both. Oh, and the Swag sauce is to die for.

My husband and I love this place! I’m not a huge fan of BBQ sauce, but the SWAGG sauce is fantastic!! I hope the owner starts selling it by the bottle! I would buy it! The pulled pork grilled cheese is really good, and so far the BBQ bacon and mushroom swiss (can’t remember what is called on the menu) were both very good! You should definitely check this place out!
