We specialize in real, authentic and unique Italian Artisan Family Style Lasagna. Our concept is to have an authentic and fresh product accessible for families and to give a “Take & Bake” experience at home with a cooking instructions flyer.
We serve two different sizes of Lasagna’s: the “Family size” on 8 inches square aluminum tray perfect for four people and our “Lasagnetta” which means “Little Lasagna” served on half tray perfect for two people. We order from Bordenave’s Bakery their Sourdough bread with our tasty homemade garlic butter.

What an amazing find. Three members of my family need to be gluten-free and I am dairy sensitive (makes serving lasagna difficult!). However, upon searching for options in Marin, amazingly I discovered Lasagna-Today. It was late on a Sunday, so I was happy to see they had an online ordering system with pick up or delivery options. There were different sizes to choose from and even frozen options, which worked well for me since my party wasn’t going to be for a week. Overall the traditional gluten-free and vegan lasagnas were incredible. They came with directions, and Francesco from lasagna today kept in touch with me several times and even followed up with me about how to prepare the frozen lasagnas. Everyone at my gathering, even those without food, sensitivities, loved them. The flavor was amazing, and it was easy to tell they were made with high-quality ingredients. Both lasagnas were moist with plenty of sauce, and all the flavors and ingredients stood out from one another. I especially enjoyed the vegan lasagna and still can’t get over how creamy it was; it’s hard to believe there is no dairy in this! Can’t wait to go back!

You won’t find a better lasagna than Francesco’s Classic Bolognese. The high quality ingredients, the artful way it is prepared and Francesco’s charm makes this one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never had the pleasure of supporting a brilliant chef in such a personal way, Francesco’s really onto something with this style of business and I don’t know why there aren’t more like it. The lasagna has many layers of pasta with deeply rich, flavorful Bolognese in-between and he does not hold back on the delicious creamy white sauce. It is filling and rich while somehow remaining light with the many layers. Francesco included a gift of a flourless chocolate cake with my order that was fought over and devoured as soon as I took it home. To order from Francesco is not just a way to have a wonderful home meal without the hard work of cooking, it is to support a talented chef who’s trying something new and exciting

Recently I’ve ordered five (!) lasagnas from Francesco for friends who are new parents, sick with Covid, or otherwise needing a comforting meal. I’ve heard the lasagnas have been delicious, and it’s certainly been convenient for me. Francesco is super responsive and delivers the lasagnas right to my door. Lasagna Today has the absolute best lasagna. It is delicious, well-baked, properly packed, and delivered with care. It is not like a traditional lasagna dripping with red sauce. It is made with Bèchamel and is so tasty. We also had the garlic bread and it was also excellent. Great flavor, nicely toasted, and not too overpowering with garlic. Ordering is easy online. You get a text on the morning of your delivery confirming everything. The owner, Francesco, makes everything fresh and delivers it with it kindness and care. We highly recommend Lasagna Today.
