Today, I got something from there that had hair in my food so I think that it may be best for NOBODY TO EAT HERE AT THE PLACE!!! And I wanted a refund they did not do that. I advise no one eats here at this establishment until they get a a health inspector to make sure things are being done properly. Furthermore besides from having HAIR! in my food the chicken is not done on the inside and smelt so the grease needs to be changed. And the MANAGER DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH whoever is over this establishment needs to make sure someone is bilingual before holding such position NOT granting that opportunity to them but making sure ALL qualifications are met before hand. What a waste of money for my family and I sadly during these hard times of hardship

Best priced, Best tasting, largest pieces of chicken than any other local options (KFC, Popeyes, Cane’s, Zaxby’s, etc). Great service. Great family and budget options all the time. No coupons ever necessary. Hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

The staff is friendly, the prices are good, the drive thru is fairly quick (about 12 minutes in line, behind 4 cars.) Unfortunately, the food was 1/4. The fries were good! That’s it. The chicken was flavorless, like someone forgot to season it? It was like eating crunchy water. The okra was overcooked, some pieces blackened, the biscuits were rock hard, cold and dry.

I pulled in at around 7:50 pm and my order was very simple a number 2. 3 piece mixed with a large mashed potatoes and gravy and a large dr pepper. The young ladies english was not that good (not necessarily complaining about that) but she either couldn’t hear me or didn’t understand the drink I wanted. So I said neverming in the drink. She asked me to pull forward. 5 minutes passed and I received my order but it was a small mashed potatoes and not a large. I asked her to grab a large and she was very rude about it and said I kept changing my order. She handed me the potatoes I ordered and slammed the drive through window, all in all I will not be coming back to this location because of rude staff

I took a friend here, we went in placed the order and they still got it wrong. Whole waiting on them to fix it we noticed the guy in the drive through vigorously digging in his nose, never washed it sanitized his hands, he just kept on touching stuff with those booger fingers!!! GROSS!!!

I had chicken strips, coleslaw and a biscuit with a drink. Not enough dressing in the coleslaw. Bad customer service by teenage boy. Wasn’t paying attention to what my friend and I ordered. I had to go up to get barbecue sauce, my friend ordered okra she got coleslaw so I went up again to return the coleslaw and get her okra. First time and last time I will go there.

Deserves zero stars!!!! Rude staff especially the manager! Gave us the wrong order after reading back the right order back to us. They weren’t even busy!! And left multiple items out of our order. Go to Kentucky Fried Chicken or Popeyes instead save your money and sanity. They have better chicken anyways!
