My wife picked up dinner from your Newbury Park restaurant on Tuesday night (03/21/2023). We ordered 2 Charburgers with cheese, a Santa Barbara Cobb salad with extra Blue Cheese dressing, A Chicken Caesar Salad with Ranch, 1 order of onion rings and a kids meal. When my wife got home there where 2 plain burgers (we have pics) and 2 salads with NO dressing that was ordered. This was completely unacceptable and for $46.05 I was disgusted!!! On top of this, my daughter and I got food poisoning and have been home from work and school for the past 36 hours. My wife went back to the restaurant last night and there was NO manager on duty and a young lady told her they are SORRY but not allowed to issue reverse transactions and we have to contact corporate and handed her a business card. I want my money back on my CC asap! This is unacceptable! This location has gone down in quality over the years and now reached a breaking point for me and my family. ISSUE REFUND NOW or I will call my CC company.

My dad and I enjoy coming here frequently. From here to Orange County, the most of the Habits I’ve been to have had pretty much the same layout, level of quality, and aesthetic. Their grilled chicken Caesar salad and Santa Barbara Cobb salad are both delicious. The calorie counts on the menu are worth points.

This used to be one of my favorite Habits. Not anymore. The last time there I observed 2 of their 4 booths occupied by a single Habit employee each. Neither were eating. One was on her cell phone, the other was just sitting there. Seems kinda rude to utilize half the choice seating as an employee break room. Also , when I picked up my salad I was informed that no fork would be provided unless I asked. This was not a to-go order… I guess they assume we’re either eating salads with our hands or bringing our own forks. The Camarillo and Simi Habits don’t exercise these new policies. Hopefully they don’t start. Note: Habit Burger responded by asking me to “reach out” to them via email with the location and details. Apparently they don’t put much effort into actually reading. The review on Google Maps clearly shows the location, and my review has all the details.

Delicious burgers I love the Habit! They’re very quick here and I like the ordering kiosk things, it’s very convenient for shy people 🙂 Only downside is that I didn’t know the charburger doesn’t automatically come with cheese my fault. Great place though!

Terrible service my order was there for 10 minutes everyone was there a lot of people and I ask this woman Gill about my order and she said it wasn’t ready and my order was there for like 10 minutes and all the germ from all the people talking on my burger what kind of service is this? Don’t put unprofessional people to do the jobs if they’re not ready for it this is terrible I had a terrible experience today I won’t recommend this location at all

I picked up dinner for the family. Ordering went well but I couldn’t get curbside pickup. Stopped in curbside, and went inside to get my food. Food was delicious and Luke warm. Shakes very good but needed more coffee flavor. Regardless, very clean, organized location. I will definitely go back.
