I was one of their first customers and have been a regular for years. But I am done going here. It has really gone down hill and there is a cleanliness issue. If you go there after the lunch rush, all of the tables are dirty, the floors are dirty and all of the employees are standing around talking. Compare this to Five Guys who seem to have an employee dedicated to cleaning the table as soon as a customer leaves and keeps the floor spotless. Also, there never seems to be anyone managing the store.

Heading out to camp in the mountains. And we stopped here for something to keep to be ready as soon as we sat up. 4 of us. 3 got turkey clubs one got a hot sub. The three os us were dreadfully sick within an hour of eating the sub. Only recommend eating hot food from this location. The friend who had the hot sub said it was great. Updated to 3 stars as they actually cared enough to respond and take feedback.

I enjoy JM sandwiches a lot, there is something special about the freshly sliced meats and cheeses, and their bacon tends to be extra crispy and amazing. A lot of stores can be a little slow on the sandwich creation, and they can get bogged down when busy. I stopped by the Purcellville location yesterday during the lunch rush with three complicated orders for my teenaged daughter and her friends. I anticipated a somewhat frustrating and slow process to get all the specialty requests fulfilled, and I was in a huge time crunch. I was totally wrong in my expectation. I thought the team working was the most efficient and friendliest JM experience I’ve ever had. And of course the sandwiches were all built just right and tasty. Super grateful to the Purcellville crew for nailing everything down just right. From now on I’ll drive out of my way to go to this store over other closer locations.

Come on with all the online orders. 7 ppl in line and waited 17 min. Online orders holding up a already slow line for in store customers ( just about every visit). Young kids not managed very well for efficiency.

Ice machine broken. Staff failed to mention this before charging us for drinks with our sandwiches. I was served quickly. My friend had ordered a Philly cheessteak sub. They had failed to mention they were backlogged on grill orders…which basically translated into every, single patron behind us in line receiving their orders before my friend. Disappointing.

Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss described as having mushrooms, peppers, onions & swiss. Not a single pepper or onion and, there was a piece of steak in my sandwich because my husband ordered a steak & cheese (I’m vegetarian). People with any allergies better watch out! The filling barely made a sandwich with the huge bun. Until you open the bread, you can’t tell there’s any filling at all. I was disappointed a long time ago when I tried this shop but, thought I’d give it another go. Even more disappointed the second time around. Definitely not worth the money.

TERRIBLE!! Slow!! apparently this place is falling apart & the owners don’t care who runs the place! P’ville location needs an “ADULT” manager at all times. There were way too many “super cool “kids under 18 in there not working and fighting amongst each other.

The food is good, but the line is painful. If there are 3 people Infront of me, it takes 15 minutes if not more.

That other sandwich place may give you free smells, but Jersey Mike’s will give you free dirty looks! At least in Purcellville. If you have the nerve to walk through the door at 8:30 on a weeknight, there just might be a red-haired teenage princess waiting within who will make it known, subtly yet succinctly, that you are not welcome. From the nearly-but-not-quite inaudible “ugh” sound she makes when you cross the threshold to the glare she gives you when your eyes land upon the source of the sound of disgust to the the poor excuse of a sandwich she hands you when your trespassing ordeal is over, you will know exactly where you stand. If by some miracle someone else makes your sandwich (highly recommended, as she will punish you for patronizing her workplace with a sandwich that absolutely does not meet Jersey Mike’s standards), she will stand there, the entire time your sandwich is being made, staring at you, likely wishing for your swift and sudden death. If you do have the misfortune of having your sandwich made by her, you’d better order two – at least that way you might have almost enough ingredients to make one normal Jersey Mike’s sandwich. This has happened to me several times in the last few months, and apparently I haven’t learned my lesson yet. Generally speaking, I like this location. Most of the employees are friendly, fast, and efficient. We will often order lunch online and I can’t think of a single time they’ve made a mistake. Sometimes we take our 4 year old there for dinner around 5:30 or 6, and the employees all love him and treat us well. But heaven forbid I decide I’d like a sandwich for dinner (to go, mind you) when I roll into P’ville at 8:27 PM after driving for hours… The princess will have none of it!
