The food is always good but they are terrible at sending additional sauces that you PAY for We have had so many extra sauces not sent that it would amount to 2 pizzas worth of dollars over the last 3 months. It’s ridiculous. And the staff is defensive and dismissive when you call to let them know. Really not happy about this. Maybe this is how Papa Johns really makes their money. That and the exorbitant delivery charge.

This is what you get when you request a well done crust. A soggy inedible mess with cheese that isnt even melted, they charge you 20 bucks for the privilege too. They can’t even be bothered to answer their phones to request a refund, and their website just auto directs you back to the main page for orders. Place an order for 15 pizzas on their website though and their manager magically finds the time to call you and passive aggressively complain that they’re the “only ones who know how to make pizzas there”

Good work over here- seems like they are really hitting their stride at this location. Pizza was nice & steamy when I picked it up + the crew was friendly ( and professional ). And of course , can’t go without mentioning that delicious stuffed crust. Oh Boy! Extremely unhappy about our experience today. We ordered 40 wings and an order of garlic knots for over $70. See the photo to get an idea of the size of these wings. Literally half the size of my index finger. Not ok for $8 for an order of 10. Additionally, I get that there is a football game on, but telling us the order will take 30-43 minutes and then showing up 90 minutes later is unacceptable.

Although we had ordered from them previously, they recorded an incorrect address, even though the address was corrected during the order phone call. Obviously the pizza never arrived. We called to inquire but were told it would be another hour wait for their mistake.!

I am very shocked that they work without gloves, and the problem is that the same person who holds the money is the same person who rubs his head or his nose and kneads the dough without gloves, frowning, not welcoming or smiling. Strange this branch

This location is always spot on. My order is correct, it’s always fresh and they are always so friendly when I go in to pick up. I love the reward points i accumulate. The Papa tracker allows me to keep things going until it’s time to stop for dinner because I know when the doorbell is going to ring.
