La Chele is my go to spot when it comes to Hispanic food. They give extremely generous portions and after years of coming here I’ve never been discontent with their service or food quality. This is one of the only places around that gives a generous portion of meat in their burritos. The refried black beans are the best that I’ve ever had. I’d love to keep this place a secret, but it needs recognition for their amazing service and food. BTW if you’ve never had a papusa you’re missing out.

Probably the best papusas I’ve had in the PNW. I had the pork, beans, & cheese as well as the ‘loroco’ which is a flower mixed in with the cheese. Ingredients were high quality and the mix with the pickled slaw and delicious salsas made a memorable meal.

I order some pupusas and let the owner know the pupusas was not completely cook and she didn’t lime it, me I will never go back there, you need to hear what the customer tell you and that is the way we can help them, but in this case she was mad.

I had the “C” combo with one loroco pupusa and one pork and bean pupusa. The tamale is all sweet corn and is absolutely delicious as are the rice and beans. A little confusing on which door to use but this is an absolute hidden gem.
