I had originally asked for easy ice and received this much. I even told one of the baristas and she said if she takes the ice out that the drink is going to just keep dropping so i asked if she could just add more drink and she refused to. Moral of the story, they are stingy!! very disappointed.

The donuts pictured were selected by this location’s staff at random despite what we originally ordered, but they had a certain visual appeal to them upon pickup. I photographed them while waiting roughly 20 minutes for the rest of our order (two drinks). The baristas on shift that morning were sweet at the window though. The food was subpar otherwise for what we were given (they were out of stock of most items by 9am & didn’t say anything about the issue of our order having completely different menu items) plus the drinks were hit or miss.

Got a iced turtle drink wasn’t expecting stale coffee poured over a splash of milk and fancy whipped cream. Mixed it up to see if that would help. Nope it didn’t. Maybe forgot sweetener or flavor syrup who knows but wasn’t no turtle drink.

I hate that this is our only Dunkin option in town. I have been to so many great Dunkin’s in this country but the one here has just gone downhill over the years. It has always been hit or miss on drinks, either they are way too strong or not strong enough. Today I basically got a splash of coffee in my cream. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it weren’t nearly every single time I go. But if they’re going to expect their customers to pay more, they need to make them correctly. And the real kicker, they are now charging for pup cups, $1! For a small cup of whipped cream! I was told it was the new General Manager who decided to make this change. Sounds like greed to me. The sad part, I’ve read all these bad reviews and I know nothing will be done. People will come and go and still give them business.

I originally ordered door dash. They did not have the options I ordered. They sent me a dozen donuts, credited me back, and wrote me a note to come in for a free dozen and 2 drinks! Talk about impeccable service!!! This type of service is extremely hard to find. Thank you to the friendly manager and staff! They have abundant coffee and drink options and a good selection of donuts. Can’t beat the customer service!!

Miles below Dunkin’s standards. This place should be shut down until they get their act together. You can’t give us espresso beans when you’re out of regular without notice. You can’t put up an open sign while you’re closed. I’ma die hard Dunkin’s fan but this place is a disgrace

Ordered via drive thru and was sent to the front to wait. No problem there, it happens. Waited 25 minutes and finally went in to see what was up. They had no explanation but my order was nowhere to be found. Walked away empty handed. I would not recommend anyone visit this particular establishment.

I visited this location for the first time today (13/5/2023), and my goodness! This is for sure going to become my new go-to coffee joint. Cheaper than Starbucks, friendlier staff than Dutch Bros, and tastier than Ziggis! The manager took my order, my items came out correctly and were fresh, and each employee had a smile on their face 😀
