You must order via phone or app after a certain time. You could tell that they were more busy than normal plus short staffed. Nevertheless they were pleasant, attentive and paid attention to detail for your order and the others that were coming in. The pizza was hot and tasty. I will return.

Will never go there again. The place has went completely down. Woman working the register rude and is unprofessional. Sad thing about it I think she was the manager. No respect for paying customer. Attempted to give two people their orders even though my pizza was right there and ready. Had this not been for someone else I would have asked for my money back. And there seems to be some kind of nepotism going on. A girl and an elderly lady came from the bathroom. The girl also had a cup, which was clearly from 7-Eleven marked Big Gulp, went by the beverage fountain and filled up her cup with lemonade. The girl went straight behind the counter out of uniform. Not a clean place.

The pizza is delicious, but today is the third time in a row that we ordered pizza online for pick-up, only to arrive, and they are not even close to ready. This time and last time, the staff had not even started the pizzas. Last time, it took 47 minutes from ordering to actually getting the pizzas. Today, I arrived 5 minutes late (25 minutes after ordering), and they knew about the order, but absolutely nothing had been done or started, so I was told it would be 20 more minutes. My husband is diabetic and with a low blood sugar, so now he has to eat something else instead of the planned dinner. What is the point of ordering ahead of time?

Ordered my food online 45 minutes prior to closing. Normally the pizzas take less than 10 minutes to make. Showed up 10-15 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. I saw them making pizzas in the back, there were pizzas in the to go area, but the girl at the counter refused to open the door so I could pick up my pizzas. I showed her the receipt on my phone through the window and she kept yelling that the store was closed. First of all, this was well before the closing time and second, I had a to go order to pick up. Just atrocious customer service and I sure hope I’ll be getting my money back. Usually mod is great but this location sucks.

My first time coming to this restaurant and they have a shortage of ingredients. They were not friendly, courteous, or even excited to be at work. I ordered some cheesy bread and the dough was raw and it really had no flavor. I will definitely not go back because I spent $17 just to trash it!

I hate writing this review but sadly this MOD has gone down significantly in the last 3 months. This use to be our weekly spot since it opened but we’re not going back anytime soon. The tables are always filthy, dough isn’t ready(frozen), staff on their cell phones when there’s a line to the door. The final straw is when I waited almost 30 minutes for my pizza to find out they gave it to someone else. They need to hire new people!

Would strongly advise not to go here until new people are hired and they learn customer service. Most of the employees are on their phones and they don’t want to work. You ask for certain things like make you pizza well done and they don’t remember. Horrible
