This morning I had to repeat more order due to apple music being played loudly over intercom then I asked the drive thru is my double sausage biscuit in here ? Oh yes he said, nope it wasn’t so had to turn around and go in. I was made to feel like I was bothering them .. so I get home throw the hash browns in air fryer I think they were from yesterday’s breakfast same with the sausage patties. Then my wife’s sandwich cold and two crumbled pieces of bacon… 18$ for that garbage. Never again!

I’m tired of going to this Burger King and it’s always the same thing. Cold fries and cold burger, it never fails. I can tell the fries been there waiting for someone to order when it’s not being done in the moment. Ontop of waiting, why is everything cold? It makes no sense. Will not be going there again.

Me and my mom were having a bad day and needed something quick to eat, we usually never go to Burger King but decided to try. Chrelle took our order immediately and was so enthusiastic and attentive even through the drive through! When we saw her she greeted us with the biggest smile, Even when she was what seemed to be the only one working she continued to be so amazing and kind to us. We thanked her for being so sweet and extremely helpful even if it was a quick interaction and told us a bit of her life. She explained the difficulties she went about and how she does it all for her children. Her hardships were tough but she continues to pay her kindness forward!! She’s changed our perspective on fast food chains over a quick 3 min conversation! THANK YOU CHRELLE!!!!!

I recently visited Burger King on Friday afternoon, June 23rd, 2023, around 1 pm, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering, I was met with an overcrowded lobby and an overworked but very nice front counter lady wearing a red shirt. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the other two employees who were present that day.

Mini Coop
Franchise owner for the locations in Vero us1/20th and west corridor is not a good operator. Money went to renovations but no thought to who is hired and what they do once hired (such as serve warm, consistent meals). Been harboring this bad review for some time with the thought it could be turned around, but they need to see this to know why they aren’t growing these locations. Best of luck turning it around

The cook Silvia always makes my double whopper fresh to order for me, very friendly atmosphere. The manager there Sergio very friendly and cares about the customers, rare to find friendly managers nowadays in fast food joints.
