We went to chicken express after school to get a good meal in. We were very excited for because I personally love the food, however when we pulled up in the drive thru we were greeted with an employee with a bad attitude. Awful customer service and didn’t help us at all. When we were confused about something instead of helping they raised their voice and the repeated the question thinking that would suddenly get us to understand. Awful service.

What in the world happened to their chicken? After Church’s changed their coating, we quit eating there, and we were so happy that Express made great fried chicken. We’ve been out of the area, and we’re excited to get some good fried chicken. OMG! Did Express hire the fool that made the change at Church’s?

If you want dark meat chicken, I hope you have time to spare. After sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, I get to the window and pay, then 10 minutes later I am told its going to be 5 more minutes. Receipt shows that I paid at 6:38 and it 6:58 and still no chicken.

My husband I frequent this location and they are normally friendly and food is good but tonight the girl working the drive thru has a horrible attitude. It’s 8:20 and we ordered the $3.99 chicken and she rudely states well that’s gonna take 20 minutes to cook. We said that’s ok we will wait. We told her we wanted to make two separate orders and she acted like that was just too much again with her attitude. I ordered more than the $3.99 chicken but that is what seemed to set her attitude in motion. They don’t have a way to contact the store online and they don’t answer the phone. So I am leaving this review. If the owner sees this I would be glad to discuss it further. I understand people have bad days but she needs to work on her attitude especially at a drive thru. I don’t know her name as she has no name tag on. I would not want her to lose her job but I would like to see her attitude be addressed.

Order 12 pieces of chicken got 10 pieces they substituted 2 backs for legs. When I went back to get legs the manager had a issue. He argued with me. He gave me 2 legs and one with hair on it. I received horrible customer service from the manager at the SAGINAW LOCATION.
