Absolutely love that they have slices of gluten-free pizza. Every time I go in all the people in there have a smile on their face and seem to enjoy what they’re doing. I love going in here! A few times. The gluten-free pizza has sold out and that’s okay. Friends from the east coast were visiting and we ate there last weekend during the Boulder Creek fest and they really enjoyed it. Thank you for providing a delicious pizza!

Amazing slices and the staff is awesome. Hoping to get to try the meatballs one of these days. Looks like they have abundant indoor seating but eating on the mall is also a great option. And it’s only a block away from bus station if you happen to have a long wait for your transfer.

Was walking down the street toward a sandwich shop when someone offered me a sample of Pizza Colore. It was SO GOOD. Immediately ditched the sandwich shop, and decided to eat here instead. No regrets. Literally the perfect post-hike meal.

Pizza was decent, however, atmosphere inside was sterile. I was refilling a drink before leaving and was yelled at there was an additional fee. Seriously sad I was one of the few customers and had just given this person a tip, You have lost a customer for the cost of 1 dollar. What’s the cost of a bad reputation?

Friendly counter service NYC style pizza by the slice, bur at around $5 per piece. The thin crust had a nice crust edge, but was totally limp in the middle and almost soggy, the pizza sauce was tasty. There was not much cheese on it but it had that “good” pizza oil/grease flavor that makes it enjoyable.

Delicious!! We were on our way to illegal Pete’s but heard it was a long line. While we debated outside of pizza colore, samples of pizza came our way. That convinced us to try it. Definitely didnt regret it. The pizza was bomb! Highly recommend this hole-in-the-wall!

After living here for almost 5 years this is still the best affordable pizza in Boulder IMO. The Angry Hawaiian and East Coast slices are my go-to. PLUS they actually have a size small option for fountain drinks. Appreciate you always having my back during work days downtown Pizza Calore!!
