Since I didn’t go inside I couldn’t tell you how the atmosphere was. I purchased the Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel with a Hash Brown and it was good. With tax $8.21. There was plenty of parking, and kid friendly.

For McDonald’s located on Essington Rd..I went inside today 8/2/23. I bought a drink. I asked the server where’s the washroom. She said the male washroom is broken and out of order. I asked if I could use the female washroom being that it was unoccupied at the time and there were only two couple patrons in the store. The attendant looked at me with a silly smile and said no like if I was up to something. Then she went and asked the manager who states told her no. To me this was a very stupid decision of the manager and server.. It’s their fault that their meals bathroom is broken. I would have locked the door used the washroom and went on my way. I have been to other stores where the server would say you can use the female bathroom. I suspect thay I was denied use of the bathroom for other reasons. Typical. The drink I ordered here was fine but the staff was certainly incapable of critical thinking.

As I was briskly rushed through the drive thru. I arrive at the window with half of my order. They wanted to verify what was in the bag so I gave it back to them. The told me to pull up to a location that was already taken. They left so I pulled in, they came back and gave my order. Arrived at home missing some food. Totally dissatisfied, disappointed and yet unhappy again. Efficiency needs to be renewed so they will get less of these complaints. Including hiring competent managers and employees!

Ordered 2 double filet of fish at drive thru received 2 single filet of fish which was not noticed till I arrived home. Went back to store with receipt and pictures to request refund for the difference in price and was refused because I did not bring the actual sandwichs in. I am disputing charges with my credit card company. Don’t go to this restaurant as they do not value their customers.

Let me complain if I can I just left this restaurant on Essington Road when McDonald’s is $1 billion company and my breakfast sandwiches cost 7 to 8 dollars when I asked for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. I do not appreciate how cheap they become the commercials that show the breakfast sandwiches are never what they are when you get them from a restaurant they put one little thin slice of bacon on my sandwich and that’s a problem and it’s actually a waste of my money and a rip off. If you’re not gonna give people real bacon sandwiches, they don’t advertise them. We don’t want a mouth full of eggs and bread and cheese where’s my bacon so i’m literally done with McDonald’s when it comes to the sandwiches I will find somewhere else to get me a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich.
