Only 1 person at register and didn’t get service after satnding there for 15 minutes. Sat down and waited for my party. They ordered, and when we left, they asked to see our black light stamp. They had not stamped me or my son or anyone in my party. Safety for the children, yeah, right.

I had a party for my child at El Centro Chuck e Chesse . My son had a great time, Chuck E chesse sing to him Happy Birthday, he got in the ticket blaster and play for 2 hours. Food needs to improve, the salada bar is the best food there. My waiter was so attentive, great costumer service. I would definitely have another party at Chuck e chesse.

Kids love this place, we always get the play pass in time, not in points because we go from one game to the next quickly and share the playpass, that way we get more tickets and the kids get better prizes. We get about 2000 tickets in 1 hour. Tha bathrooms are clean. And chuckee comes out and gives the kids a few free tickets sometimes.

We took our daughter for the Sensory Sensitive Sunday a couple of weeks ago. She had a lot of fun. The pizza was really good and the employees. (Kevin and Jasmine) were the best and really made our visit memorable. We will definitely be taking our daughter to the Sensory Sensitive Sunday in August!

I wanted to do 4, but I think because of their willingness to help. They deserve a 5. There is always one or more games that chew up coins ad I hate to repeadetly tell them *it ate my coin* assuming they think I may be lying. But they always find a way to recompensate. And food is quiete delicious. I love the salad bar. But the new buffet they have now is not worth is at all!!!
