My family was passing through Rifle last month and happened upon this little gem of a stop. Everything from the margaritas to the guacamole to the entrées were fabulous! Tamales and steaks were our favorites. I couldn’t say enough about our amazing waitress, Maheli, too. We enjoyed our experience so much, we returned just five days later on the return drive home along the same route. Now it’s our local favorite in the area! Quaint atmosphere, delicious food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices make Jalisco Grill a place to stop if you’re in the area.

I ordered a Super Burrito to go,specified numerous times ,NO SOUR CREAM. I get to my hotel room. Sour Cream all over it and no rice and beans, as their menu states, included with the meal. O e bite and in the trash can it went.

I really wanted to like this place, the reviews sure make you think it’s phenomenal. I bought 20 flavorless tacos, and was charged extra for chips & salsa, cost $91.91. I thought the tacos would be fantastic, but I was embarrassed to provide to my friends. I ordered street tacos and that is not what I received. Way too much lettuce. Street tacos don’t come with lettuce. They come with chopped onions and cilantro… Today I have deconstructed the tacos and making a layered baked mexican dish, adding additional flavors. Enjoy that $20 tip. I was feeling generous, and expecting great food, but there was no love in what I received.
