Absolutely amazing! Their breakfast game is spot on. Breakfast tacos were absolutely amazing with a generous heap of bacon, the creole hush puppies were spectacular with smokey butter dipping sauce, and the tater tots are hands down the most flavorful and best tator tots ive ever had. A great addition to our neighborhood and we’ll be back for more!

The food is worth it! Eclectic atmosphere as the tables are shared with several other businesses and anyone just passing through. Service is mostly good. The menu changes from week to week. It’s the best place that experiments with and explores new vegetable dishes. Great place for a tater tot fix too.

The guys at The Lab truly went above and beyond. Me and my boyfriend came in last minute from the brewery next door, and they more than accommodated us with deliciously topped tots. They hand delivered our food to us at the brewery and were so kind through and through. I will be returning, thank you guys!!!

The guys here go above and beyond. We showed up last minute just looking for some Tots and they DELIVERED! The dude at the front of the store, was super nice and the cooks got us a stacked tray of Tots with Onion Jam, meat and chives. I lt was delicious! Some of the best customer service ive ever recieved.

While the quality of the food was good, I struggled to find the chicken in the chicken caprese sandwich, and the burger patty was so incredibly small it was laughable, not acceptable for a 20$ burger. More or less, it was two small slider patties on a full sized bun, I literally laughed out loud. Skimpflation is in full effect here. While I’m fine paying more for less, at least be honest with the customers about what they are getting. #notworthit

The menu is short – usually 6 apps, 6 entrees – but changes frequently. (Weekly?) It is delicious. The combinations of flavors are always unique – I find myself trying different things here than I would elsewhere (to my benefit). The location is atypical – inside Factory Square (an old factory), but there are other businesses here and they deliver food to people at the Ax Throwing place and the game brewery in this building. Definitely recommend.

I ordered hush puppies and tots and they were both excellent, they said the wait would be 20 minutes and it was just about that, and they walked it out to my location in the building. The kitchen itself is clean and open.
