Texas Style Smoked Brisket 1/2 Lb
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) of our Smoked Texas Brisket plus 2 sides and a corn muffin. BTW when you’re talking our Texas brisket, you’re talking about the entire cut, rubbed with Chef’s own spice blend and smoked “low and slow” for 14 hours for classic BBQ brisket—meat that is tender and imbued with a smoky flavor so delicious there’s no need for barbecue sauce (although that never hurts). Served with two sides and a corn muffin.		 $16.95
Carolina Pulled Pork Platter
Served with 1 side dish & corn muffin. Fresh pork roast, hand-rubbed in our custom spice blend and slow smoked with apple and oak hardwoods until it literally falls apart.
