I would say the quality of service flactuating and varies depending on the service provider at your encounter. Sometimes you would receive a high quality meal, nicely shaped, tastes great. Other times your meal will be missed up and doesn’t worth it. Even the amount of the serving varies a lot from time to time.

I don’t know how this continues to happen with our online orders. We placed over $125 worth of food and it is incorrect again. This is the 3rd time this has happened. We keep giving chances and chipotle of Eatontown blows it. If it’s an online order how is it possible to read each order and prepare it incorrectly. We call to complain and we are told to call a separate number for online orders. This is extremely disappointing and we will no longer be ordering from this establishment. We are literally throwing money out the window because the food is inedible. A complete waste. Picture attached. (One person clearly ordered fajita veggies and pinto beans. It was made without those two requests. Someone else ordered guac and it’s disgusting. I would send more of the other orders but there are too many)

bro i placed a mobile order for 3 sofritas tacos with white rice, some hot sauce and extra fajita veggies and this is what i got. not the first time my order from this location has been messed up or low effort so will not be going to this location again. chipotle support was also of little help

I ordered a burrito bowl with mild salsa for pick up. It was covered in hot salsa. I couldn’t eat it. I understand mistakes happen but no one picks up the phone there and I’m chatting via text with an automated system. This process took 20 mint and got me no where. Im completely frustrated and hungry as write this review. I have to throw away the dinner that I paid for.

I enjoy coming to Chipotle and enjoy the fact that it is so close to home. We had a cashier named Will and it made it seem like we were bothering him. Anytime I come with my friend, if he’s serving the food or as a cashier, it’s like he’s mad at the customers. If this Chipotle wasn’t so close to home, I would’ve gone to another chipotle.

Terrible attention, since you arrive all the employees on the line with bad faces, especially the one with the tattoos on their faces (if you don’t like your job, look for another), they charge $2.80 for extra guacamole and they don’t They put absolutely nothing on it, they gave me the split and scrambled burrito, if I could give it fewer stars I would without a doubt, I’m passing through the place and I wanted to eat something fast and good but honestly. this place a total failure
