The food was good but I felt it was over priced. They served a lot for a plate. Overall the plate should be share with another person and the amount of the chicken was small and they gave me a lot of rice. Recommend spot and ask for double meat

We were looking for a quick meal and Besthibachi was the best decision by far. The food was seasoned to perfection and the customer service was excellent. You won’t be disappointed with whatever you decide. Lobster/Shrimp-great. Salmon-great! Steak/Chicken-great!

The cashier Karla has a HORRIBLE attitude. The worst service I’ve received in a long time. She said the wait time would be 30 mins..we were the first people to order that day at 11 am. It took over an hour as she was giving food to customers that she knew and had ordered after we had ordered. Once confronted she lied and refused to give us the condiments we Paid for. The food is not good enough for this type of service. They need to hire new staff that has appropriate customer service skills. Don’t waste your money here.

Disappointing. I ordered vegetable rice. The staff were not very friendly, didn’t speaks when I walked in. I practically had to get the cashiers attention. I asked for Spicy sriracha, didn’t receive that. The food was very bland at best. It’a not worth it.

Prices were extremely high for the quality of food. The steak was pretty decent but shrimp and chicken was a little dry and overcooked. The rice was not fried but almost like sushi rice. Hard to explain but it wasn’t what I expected.

August 27 Saturday night 10:30pm TERRIBLE SERVICE!! YOUNG FEMALES WORKERS WERE SO DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. Customers wanted to jump the young girls at the cash registers because the attitude and disrespect they were giving the customers. I will warm people about this place. No it makes sense why it’s 3.9 stars. I hope this place fires those young girls. They were not raised right.
