We hadn’t been in a long time and saw one of their ads on TV. So glad we went. Had a roast beef sub that was delicious. Service and atmosphere both good. Pricey, but most restaurants are these days. Worth the money. Their TV ad paid off.

The food is always great. But wow… the past two times I’ve been in there, the employees look like they are absolutely miserable and hate their lives. It makes me not even want to come in there anymore… and I am a pretty regular customer. Customer service could definitely use some improvement!

This is the worst place to get a sandwich. The employees are in a big hurry to take your order and don’t know how to toast a sandwich. When you ask for it to be fixed they just laugh at you and refuse to redo it. I would give this zero stars if I could. The employees have absolutely NO respect for the customers and zero respect for the elderly and military personal. Avoid going to this location

I ordered a deluxe platter. I was told that would be 7 12 inch subs cut in half. What I got was 6 inch subs cut in half. Just meat cheese and bread. No lettuce tomatoes or anything else. And for that I paid 75 dollars. Never again

There was so much oil on my sandwich the US government wanted to confiscate my sandwich. There was more oil on this sandwich then on a competition body builder. If I was giving birth to this sandwich I feel it would be the worlds fastest birth due to how quick it would slip out from all the oil. The brownie was good.

Everyone was super friendly! Today was not their day! Whomever was making sandwiches needed a break. They got my simple Steak & Cheese, no onion, no pepper, extra mayo, extra mustard incorrect along with several other orders. I got no onion, no pepper, no mayo, no mustard. Take a break; slow dow and read the whole ticket!
