My first experience ordering from here left me waiting on ‘order confirmed’ for an hour. Finally, I went in to ask about my food. It seemed like they started it right then and there. I waited patiently for a while (20min.). When I finally got my food and came home to check it out there was a fly in my drink.

Ordered fajitas but when I got home I had chicken quesadia instead. Did not want to drive back so ate it instead and it was nasty at best. Cheese dip was flavorless. Also had chicken flautas and was burnt to the point of being beef jerky. First time eating there and will be the last. Bad enough that I left a review which was also my first time doing.

The food used to be good. Our visit yesterday was challenging to get through. I normally order Azteca rice, which comes with cheese dip, onion, peppers, chicken & steak. There were hardly any veggies & and dip, barely a plate servings like all my other visit. Margarita was served warm. We had to keep asking for water refills. Don’t waste your time or money.

We got sat at 7:13pm…..finally got our drink orders after politely sitting for 20 minutes and put an order in for queso. Finally a waitress who claims wasn’t ours asks if we had been helped, and said I’ll just take your order….we sat patiently waiting until finally at 8:30pm…never receiving even our appetizer order….only to be pretty much told to buzz off. Disappointed for sure had heard a few good things. Could understand if we had a large party but it was only my wife & I. Pretty rude for us being as patient and polite as we were about it I think.

They close early whenever they feel like it apparently. We put in an order online, got confirmation email and text. Waited 30 minutes, then drove to the store and found the doors locked and lights off. Tried calling and no answer. According to the website and Google, they are still supposed to be open.

Customer beware. Took 45 minutes to get an online order. The waitress on shift was less than apologetic, to say the least. Got home with the order and missing fajita sides and the cheddar cheese we paid $1/ order for. At least the food was ok, not stellar.

Chips tasted burnt; slow service; only 1 waitress; I asked for hamburger meat and she asked if I wanted steak, i said hamburger as it was listed on the menu. She argued with me back and forth and I said hamburger. She still served steak. Im surprised this place is still open.

Mind blown that the food here has so many good reviews because what we got for take out was pretty terrible. Nachos: soggy, watery mess. (There was straight up liquid in the bottom of the container.) Chicken: so dry it was hard to chew. Steak: also dry and rubbery. Cheese dip: bland, chips stale. Paid just over $50 for two people to eat. Doubt we’ll ever eat here again.
