It was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered a deluxe, garden salad, and spicy garlic wings. Food was amazing. Unfortunately, the wrong pizza was delivered. The employee offered to deliver a new pizza. I never received that pizza after waiting 1.5 hours I called and was told I had to use a credit on my next order. This is highly disappointing for my experience!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Romeo’s on Bagley. Every time we order, the food is phenomenal. The service is always fast. I love actually going to pick it up because the employees are always super nice and the management is busy but kind enough to talk. Great people, making great food.

I ordered a pizza on door dash, spent over $30 and when I got my food, I didn’t even get the pizza I ordered. I got two things of bread sticks? I don’t recommend ordering from them. Not to mention it took over an hour and a half to get breadsticks and not even the pizza I ordered.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. was supposed to take 55 minutes. After a full hour, received a message that it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes until our pizza arrived. Called to cancel and was told by the manager that it was being delivered by Door Dash, which we did NOT order, because they only have 1 driver and they have 30 orders on the board. So with only one driver they have no problem making 30 customers wait??? What happened to customer service? Never again.

Love their pizza! I have had many friends fall in love with Romeo’s after serving their Great Ranch & Potato pizza and their Buffalo Chicken pizza at parties. Their regular pizza is delicious with a sauce that has great flavor and a little sweetness. Their gluten-free cauliflower crust is really good too.
