Ordered on line. Pizza was done on time, but was cooked wrong. Ordered a supreme, which comes with veggies. Got a meat lovers instead. Common problem with this store. Follow up is that the store has a new staff, and things are much improved. All was good, and as I ordered.

I have ordered multiple times from different Shoals Area locations. Most are great. The Killen Alabama location on Hwy. 72 is severely lacking. Food is never on time. Wings look like they drizzle a teaspoon of sauce on them. Pizzas are always lacking in ingredients and constructed poorly. They either do not train their employees well or have a manager trying to skimp for profits. My last visit was a double pepperoni Detroit style. I was excited until I opened the box and saw 6 pepperoni on the whole thing with a couple of tablespoons of sauce splashed in one corner. May as well have ordered cheese bread.

Not sure who the new guy is but Pizza Hut scored hiring him. I failed to ask his name but he’s been there about 3 months. He has customer service down to an art – if only businesses could hire more employees like him. Thumbs up Pizza Hut.

Ordered two pizzas, both tasted funny, I think the sauce was tainted. Threw them away, was afraid to even feed it to my dogs, didn’t want them to get sick, so, I’m out $20. Pizza Hut wins…

On the app, offer more meat toppings. I order a supreme Detroit style. On toppings offer showed only 3 toppings could add two. Normally when I order a Supreme it has most everything. I have the option to remove toppings or increase. This did not. Overall pizza was awesone.
