The food was very good with generous portion sizes at a fair price. The shining star was the customer service. We stayed at the hotel so we ended up eating there several times for both breakfast and dinner and no matter who was working, the staff was always exceptionally kind. I preferred eating here than most places in Denver during our trip.

Booked this restaurant for a birthday dinner because the menu and photos of the ambiance looked good online. I was told this restaurant was prepared for a 7 top after I called to update from 5 to 7 people. Upon arrival, there was 1 bartender who was also the server and the restaurant was empty. We thought perfect, it will be fast but definitely not. We sat ourselves down and had to push tables together ourselves. We ordered and waited 1 hour for food to arrive, literally no one else was in the restaurant but us 7 ladies. Once food arrived, they forgot my entire individual order. That took another 45 minutes. So I did not get my food until 1 hour and 45 minutes upon ordering time. Still charged for this meal. Server did bring the two birthday girls a shot and a dessert. We ended up missing our after dinner reservations because it took so long to bring the food out. It was quite embarrassing to bring a birthday dinner here and not be fully served close to 2 hours without it being busy. We came here because of the reviews. Never will come back. Called the hotel afterwards since there is no restaurant phone line, left a voicemail and no call back till this day. Not a good experience at all.
