Just ordered a 1/2 chicken, got home and discovered thais just a thigh and drumstick. Still have 2 stars because of the rices and papas portions. Very disappointed in the amount of chicken thought. I expected at a minimum a thigh, drumstick and breast.

It’s cheap, so that is why it is 3 stars not 2. Salad was old and chicken skin hard. The flavor is not there compared to other chicken places nearby. The green sauce is spicy and the highlight of my lunch. Fries looked good too, but I had the yucca which also was good. If you are looking for a quick cheap bite to eat go for it, but would not go out of my way for this food.

The chicken was very good not too dry. The yellow and green sauce, out of this world. Besides the chicken many other Options ranging from different Latino cultures all over the world. The sopas are fresh and leave you with a satisfying taste on your pallet. I visit this place frequently attempting to try everything on the menu!

Terrible, terrible customer service. I waited literally 10 minutes for an order of french fries. I started to ask questions when I saw other people that had came in after me getting their whole meals yet I was still standing there. When I inquired about my simple order of french fries the guy at the register was incredibly rude and said that I did not have To wait and I could leave at any time. Terrible experience there are plenty of other awesome chicken places around don’t waste your time or your money.

Went there during a rush hour ordered 3 whole chicken with rice, yuca, salad and side of plantains. Staff was very friendly. Price was very reasonable. The manager greeted me after the order was placed and asked if there was anything else I needed. I went to sit and waited at the table while they got my order ready. (Did not wait long at all) He walked to the table and brought me my order (very nice of him) when I got home and we got ready for dinner; everything was warm and freshly made. The chicken tasted clean seasoned just enough, the rice was delicious, the salad was fresh and the salad dressing tasted great! the plantains were fried to perfection! Will definitely come back. They have a very extensive menu. Many options to pick from. The food that they have out looks freshly made and looks very tasty. The person at the table next to me ordered a carne asada that looked very good, will try it next time!

I live in the neighborhood and have been here several times for carry-out. First, the chicken is ok, not the best but not bad either. It can vary, I have gotten chicken with most of the skin missing, but most of the time it is ok and actually a bit tasty and juicy. The flavor is a bit flat though, but they do offer large cups of hot green sauce for a dollar extra. The hot green sauce is not very hot though, and would be much better if they made it spicier. They put the young girls at the counter and they are usually very nice and they will smile and be friendly to you, I always throw a dollar in the bucket for them. They in my opinion save the place. The cook or kitchen staff is usually one of a few curt dudes who don’t have much in customer service skills, they just glance at you with deadpan expressions, seems like they are not enjoying themselves. I am glad to have a pollo restaurant nearby, and I’ll save time by going there, but I wish it were a little bit better. I hope they work on their recipes and kick it up a notch.

Not a bad place but they didn’t listen. I ordered half chicken dark and they gave me a standard 1/2 chicken dish. Fairly minor but I prefer dark meat. Enjoy the rice but what’s with throwing peas and carrots in there?

This place recently changed owners, they added more items to the menu. Today I ordered a quesadilla and a quarter chicken with salad and fries. the appearance was bad, ingredients did not looked fresh. Chicken was on the dry side. Quesadilla had way too much oil. I might come back to give it another try.
