I went to Rose’s on Sunday afternoon, and only one customer ate there. Rose’s is mainly a carry-out place. The place is rustic and full of boxes everywhere but immaculately clean. The owners were amiable and at the top of their game. I ordered the egg drop soup and the pepper shrimp, which were outstanding.

Came here after an attempt down the street at another Chinese cuisine, but they had no indoor dining available. The owner came out, very friendly, and chatted with us for nearly ten minutes. Gave us recommendations, told us his history of being a chef for a big chain in downtown Chicago 5 years prior to opening this location in 2019.

I had the Beef and broccoli and my husband had the general Tso’s chicken, we tried the pot stickers and the crab Rangoon, everything was absolutely divine and the appetizers were the biggest I have seen, I had the coconut smoothie and he had the strawberry banana one. We will definitely be back when we are in town again 10 stars!!

Very friendly owner and delicious food! Ordered chicken and broccoli and a large wonton soup. Fried rice was delicious and very flavorful. Chicken and broccoli was fresh and the chicken wasn’t the rubbery chicken you find at other places! Price was fair for the portion on the lunch special. The large soup might be a bit overpriced but that’s a tiny issue.

We visited Rose’s Chinese Restaurant for lunch today, and we have found our new favorite Chinese restaurant. Bing, the accomplished chef and owner, is very personable and willing to offer menu suggestions. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the food is delicious. Bing makes his own hot sauce and plum sauce, the combination of both are to be used for the egg roll. We will return to Rose’s for both take out and dining in the restaurant.

Not to my taste The quality of the food was great. My entree, though was so sweet and the sauce was sweet as syrup no spice at all not anything like the typical Asian food I enjoy the egg rolls have peanut butter in them wasn’t sure how that was gonna be… But now I know. The crabbergains have so many onions they just overtook the flavors of everything else in them.

My only complaint is that I never been here before! And that is TRUE! Immediately when walking into the beautiful restaurant it was clean and smelled amazing! (The outside was even presentable) Even better the owner Bing greeted and held a conversation and made my first time there unforgettable! The food was so fresh, hot and delicious!! It was clearly made to order and was made fresh less than 15 minutes! I enjoyed every bit of it!! Their crab ragoon was stuffed and you can tell it is all fresh ingredients..It means a lot when you can go into a place for a first time and it just be a fantastic experience with the quality of the food to back it up!! Thank you Bing!! The banana smoothie was fantastic, and I definitely will be back sooner than later!! **Highly Recommended**
