The people who work here at this Chipotle are absolutely wonderful! ❤️ They are hardworking, kind, professional, and exhibit exceptional teamwork. I came on Sunday 7/16/23 at around 7:00 PM and the four Chipotle employees impressed the heck out of me! Of course the food itself was amazing. I ordered a salad with double chicken, black beans, pinto beans, fresh tomato salsa, fajita vegetables, and honey vinaigrette on the side. My food was fresh, tasty, nutritious, and satisfying. Thank you so much for everything that you do for your customers! I hope to be back soon. ❤️ Really healthy and yummy food!

I typically visit this establishment during my designated break times. On a recent visit, I entered as usual and observed that the countertop appeared to be in need of cleaning. Additionally, I noticed an incident where a customer ahead of me unintentionally ordered tofu instead of chicken. Regrettably, I observed that the server took a spoonful of tofu from the customer’s bowl and returned it to the tofu container. This practice raises serious sanitation concerns. Consequently, my companions and I felt compelled to depart the premises. I kindly urge you to ensure that your staff receives comprehensive training in proper sanitation protocols to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Trust the reviews. Service is terrible at this location. Employees don’t greet you or ask what you want. They just stare at you in silence. Makes me feel uncomfortable every time I come here. Will not be back.

ELITA WAS AMAZING!! She had such great customer service, was so nice and made my experience completely amazing. I even thought she was a manager because of how great she treated me as a customer . Honestly she should be lol!! Love love loved my experience yesterday around 6pm. And will be making this my go to chipotle even though it’s a little out of my way, it’s worth it!

Let me first say you always get five stars from me. But you must have a new recruit working for you today. When I got my usual order, mine was missing sour cream, and the tortilla was “cold” yet I only live 5 minutes drive away. I understand it does not require much to scoop food into a bowl, but please, do train your newbies. It may be nothing to you, but it does matter to your customers.

The kids here are terribly rude. Service sucks. They are never open on time at this location. Worst of all, they for some reason always only accept cash. Majority of the time I came here their machine is down. Portion given from these kids are a lot less compared to other locations.
