The food isn’t prepared with love or care. It’s prepared haphazardly. The pizza was over cooked more crust then pizza . The pizza is a medium not a New Yorker as advertised, The wings were dry and where is the sauces. The only thing good about my delivery order was the mini cinnabons. Funny thing they didn’t do anything to correct the mistake when I informed them of my issues. Smh I wish I could give them a zero.stars

About one year from the last time I reviewed this place ,there has been no improvement. Got a cheessteak pizza figuring this might be a good way to switch my view on the hut. Crust wasn’t cooked all the way,plenty of cheese,and the sauce was actually great but if it’s a cheesesteak pizza,tell me,where is the steak? There was not even enough meat on it to make a half a sandwich. (Look at the photo) Absolute trash. Not sure when ,if ever this place will take some pride in their food.

Horrible! I will never in my life order from pizza hut again. The food was not hot it looked old. Not appetizing at all! I ordered the New Yorker style pizza. The crust was like cardboard. Very little cheese and sauce. My cheesy bread was horrible too! It was also had little cheese and it looked like it was old. Shame on the people who work at this pizza hut!

My husband and I always order here for pizza becuase we love pizza huts pan pizza and stuffed crust. 9 times out of 10 our food is super delicious and fresh. But the last time we ordered from here the pizza was stale, cold and hard. The reason I bring this up during my five star review is because corporate sent me 2 free large pizzas to use online but the website was being super annoying and not letting me redeem the coupon code. So I called the store even though it was an online only code and the staff was super friendly and patient in trying to figure out the coupon situation even though they were clearly busy. We never got the coupon code to work but they got me my two free pizzas regardless and the pizzas were super fresh and tasty like usual so my husband and I were very happy. Thank you for the help!

After online order, they do NOT answer their phone when there’s a problem. Received a personal pan pizza in a soggy box, smashed into the covers of the box, and was ICE COLD. This has not been the first time we’ve had issues with this location. GET BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD ELSEWHERE. Absolutely horrible experience. If I could’ve given no stars, I would have.

If I could give a zero for this location I would. Went inside when I received the alert my order was done, waited over 40 extra minutes for a wrong order after I went inside. I was missing one of my two pizzas. The one pizza they tried to give me a quarter of the box was covered in grease. The pizza was burnt and looked like it sat out the 40 plus minutes I waited for my wrong order. Management argued with me, and with other customers. I saw so many wrong orders during the time I was in there, it was pathetic. Good luck ordering from here

Worst choice for dinner I have made in a long time. Save your money and order from anywhere else you can. Almost no toppings on my pizza including the cheese. Cheese bread wasn’t even cut. The only thing I can say is it was fast delivery. Quality, taste and general overall impression is really subpar. Take a look at the pictures before deciding to order from this location

I haven’t ordered from here in nearly a decade. I saw a commercial about the Big New Yorker and it took me back to the late 90’s. I decided I’d try Pizza Hut again. An hour after my order the pizza arrives and it’s the wrong order. I called and was referred to talk with the manager. I had to endear a long conversation about how it’s not their fault and when they’re busy they use DoorDash and it’s their fault even though I called and ordered directly from the location. I tried to tell the manager I don’t need a back story I just need my pizza. I was told to relax. Really, relax. I’m sorry I just want to know how this is being rectified not an explanation of way they’re not at fault. Still waiting for my pizza and it’s been 2 hours since my initial order. At this point I could care less if it shows up and I’m positive it’s the last time I ever order Pizza Hut.

I honestly don’t know why I ate it after seeing the disgust inside this restaurant. I’m not kidding y’all, it should not only be shut down but condemned as well! This store forgot to bring part of our order and when I called them back they refuse to bring the rest.. wanted me to come out and get it which kind of defeated the purpose of me ordering delivery in the first place.. so then they offered to apply a credit to a non-existent account. Knowing that because I only order online I could never redeem this “credit”.. so there’s $7 just right down the toilet…
