Overly price food, terrible service. For what you’re paying here, you’re better off going elsewhere or making it yourself. It’s a shame because there are other Jersey Mike shops that are awesome and is giving the good shops a bad name.

This Amsterdam location sucks. With a line of 6 people it took 30min before I got out of there. The employees weigh the cut bread before they add meat, and then re-weigh it every other piece they add.

Go in this evening and order two giant big kahunas one without mushrooms….MUSHROOMS.. I receive the order from them and on the bag it says -peppers and on the other it says +peppers. I approach counter and ask the meaning which the obvious one with one without. I said I asked for no mushrooms. They didn’t care nor acknowledge. At 17.65 a sub you might wanna care. While your teaching how to make a Philly sandwich maybe teach the difference between peppers and mushrooms

AMAZING EMPLOYEES!!! manager was snobby and, she stood around not doing much (anything at all besides standing around and wiping a counter)and seemed to be getting very personal with customers holding up customers behind the one she is in conversation with. A girl with glasses and blonde/brown hair(it was both colors at the same time) took some real initiative and really was to work! amazing customer service kept things professional yet speedy!
