Horrible service! I ordered a tropical blizzard & the guy made it wrong twice all bc he wasn’t listening! I TOLD HIM THE INGREDIENTS OVER 5 TIMES & HE STILL KEPT MAKING IT WRONG! Hire better employees! Do better DQ! The girls thought the whole incident was funny on top of it!

Clean, modern DQ on a corner for easy in and out with a red light. I got the $7 meal and it was ready in just a few minutes and brought to the table. Bathroom was clean and the soap and towel dispensers were full.

Great service with detailed attentiveness to customers’ needs. Staff even brings food right to your table. Always love the ice cream- Peanut Buster Parfait is my fav! Also, I love using the Dairy Queen app as well for all the deals. Will be back for sure!

This has to be the nicest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to in life. We stopped here in our way to Albany. We were met by an employee who said the system was down. We went into the store anyway and luckily it came back up.

Angel was awesome today at the drivethru! I had 4 kiddos with me – some wanted food and all wanted ice cream so it was a big order. Angel was patient and courteous while I ordered and she was super friendly at the window. She even talked to my kiddos and had some laughs while we waited on our food & ice cream. We had a very pleasant experience thanks to Angel’s excellent service!

They got alll of the orders wrong. 5 piece not 6 piece chicken, no sauces , drinks came mid meal and had a argument with me over asking for sauce . I would never eat here again due to bad service incorrect orders and mean employees. What a dump suited up to look corporate. Maybe one day they can get it right ! I have never seen such foul mannered people at a DQ. Get better workers and that place will thrive.

Line was a little long at first but they did a great job getting to everyone fast for a drive-thru. Very friendly atmosphere, service was great. Looked clean on the inside from what I could see thru the drive-thru window. Parking lot was clean too.

Went in ordered my food, got the wrong order, fries soggy and cold. I asked for Buffalo sauce and they gave me honey mustard which I don’t know how you confuse the two. Also the bread wasn’t even toasted nor did they put any butter in it. Walked in and the employees were staring at my partner and I the whole entire time even stopped doing work to stare. Very unprofessional and made me extermely uncomfortable, will not be returning!

Very pleasant surprise that this is the friendliest dairy Queen this side of the Rocky mountains. And I discovered that they serve chocolate ice cream which is a rarity with dairy Queens in this part of the world. We went there because the McDonald’s around the corner could not service a milkshake because their ice cream machine was down which seems to be the normal thing with McDonald’s these days.
