Hands down the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too!! They wouldn’t take our order but would take others. We had to order on the kiosk our order wasn’t right they refused to give us a receipt and then refused to give us our drinks. I had one kid that choked due to not having a drink and I had another kid that made it to use the restroom and they refused to let him use the restroom. We got another customer to ask to use the restroom and that customer let my boy use their restroom. The manager did nothing to make anything about the visit right! Nothing about this visit was okay the other customers was the ones that helped us.

We got 5 separate orders, and they messed up 4 of them completely to the point that they were inedible. One of the burritos was literally just beans, and my burrito was spicy (not supposed to be) and had barely any avocado ranch when I ordered extra. My boyfriend ordered a burrito without cheese but with rice, red sauce, and fries, and the burrito was only cheese and beans. The staff was incredibly rude and inattentive. Furthermore, they were out of an item someone ordered, and instead of TELLING them or offering a refund, they said nothing. Didn’t apologize, didn’t tell the person. Incredibly unprofessional and our food was inedible.

I’m a bit of a Taco Bell connoisseur and high key – this location is it. TB can be inconsistent but everything I got here was legitimately delicious. The quesadilla was perfectly crispy and they actually filled it UP with cheese, none of the tiny thin slice nonsense on the ends. We eat the veggie cravings items, they were all super fresh and amply filled without asking for extra extra extra. I beg to stop here on road trips for boredom eating and it’s honestly an EVENT.

Ordered doordash from this location left a tip and the bags they delivered where not closed with tap or stickers showing they coulld have been weren’t tampered with. When i called taco bell direct i asked for a manager they tock a moment then the same person said im the manager. What a shame just lye like that and say doordash is a third party its there fault. What a joke!!! This should not happpen. I’m accountable at my job why should they not be my food could have been spit on or even worse and they get a free pass with i am the manager and they are a third party. Ever heard of scotch tap. This is garbage and this area’s place of business needs to be under different management.

We went through the drive thru, no other customers there. We asked for a grilled cheese burrito with extra chicken, a power bowl with extra chicken and sauce, and an order of nacho fries…we went to pull out, but took the fries out – they were cold. Not exaggerating. No heat whatsoever. We went back around. Asked for a new order. Opened the burrito – no extra chicken. The drive thru person offered a side of chicken instead of remaking it. We’re so hungry, we leave. The burrito wasn’t even a grilled cheese burrito. We just give up. Kinda sad meal. Super disappointed. And we got no receipt.

Came here on our road trip back home and was in and out in like 5 mins! Staff was super friendly. The food tasted good because, well, it’s Taco Bell but it was so sloppily thrown together. I know it’s fast food but I just wish people would put a little more pride in their work. ‍♀️
